On March, 2nd, 2011 the Simferopol City Council has made decision to allocate to Spiritual steering of Moslems of Crimea (SMMC) the ground area with the area of 2,7 hectares around 22, Yaltinskaya Street in constant using. And already on March, 3rd, ceremony of a bookmark of a memorable capsule in the base of the future Cathedral mosque of Dzhuma-Dzhami there has taken place.

Head of Medzhlis Mustafa Dzhemilev,his first deputy have taken part in ceremony, it the president of the international public organization «World congress of the Crimean Tatars» Refat Chubarov, head SMMC Emirali Ablaev, the chairman of the council of ministers of Crimea Vasily Dzharty, the Metropolitan Simferopol and Crimean Lazar, the Bishop Simferopol and Crimean UPC the Kiev patriarchy of Kliment, the constant representative of the president in Crimea Vladimir Jatsuba and «others official» and informal persons.

Let’s remind that on February, 15th the City Council has allowed to develop to Spiritual steering of Moslems of Crimea the land management project, and already on March, 2nd, without waiting documentation gathering, has hastily transferred a site in constant using to Spiritual steering of Moslems of Crimea for building of Dzhuma Dzhami. Such speed and care of Moslems at the city authorities, 15 years frankly torpedoing building of the Cathedral mosque Whence undertook before?
The small chest opens simply

On March, 1st, 2011 on a site of Milli Firka materials of journalistic investigation the MYTH About the CATHEDRAL MOSQUE have been published.

In the publication all process of replacement of the Cathedral mosque of city center on its suburb, and — in a zone with the prevailing Christian population has been clearly and accurately designated. The list of problems which will rise before Moslems if the Cathedral mosque is constructed 22, Yaltinskaya Street has been shined. Has been opened in the publication and an unattractive role which Medzhlis management in the maximum removal of Dzhuma Dzhami from Muslim inhabited files has played. Also in the publication the offer of participants of glades of the protest has been sounded to place the Cathedral mosque on one of glades — in the center of a Muslim file the area nearby 400 hectare.

In our opinion, this publication and these offers became the reason of lightning actions of the City Council and Medzhlis management on the prompt fastening to Dzhuma Dzhami most inconvenient and unprofitable site for Moslems: far from the center and convenient road interchanges, in a Christian zone, far from inhabited files with the prevailing Muslim population, without approaches and parking transport…

Having taken into consideration that Moslems of Simferopol and the Simferopol area can start to demand building of Dzhuma Dzhami in place more convenient for them, the Antiislamic lobby at the most active participation of a management of Medzhlis has quickly pushed through site fastening on 22, Yaltinskaya Street for SMMC, without waiting registrations of all documents.

However, such fast succession of events has opened the additional unattractive facts testifying to fraud of a management of Medzhlis concerning the Cathedral mosque. So, the fact resulted in journalistic investigation has proved to be true that no project of Dzhuma Dzhami in the nature exists. Accordingly, sounded by leaders of Medzhlis figure 8-9 of millions dollars is simply made up. This Refat Chubarov admitted to the journalist of a site «Center» to Sergey Mokrushin.

Also under the pressure of investigation materials, Chubarov has been compelled to designate that the project of the Cathedral mosque will prepare on a competitive basis. Remains, truth, a riddle, than «fathers of the nation» and SMMC were engaged 15 years if the question on Dzhuma Dzhami is exaggerated since 1996, and till now there is no even a mosque project. Under what misters demanded the earth?

The facts of investigation testifying to isolation of a management of Medzhlis and SMMC from the Islamic world have proved to be true also. On a bookmark under a Muslim relic of a memorable capsule (we will notice — absolutely not Muslim tradition more similar on pagan!) there were government officials of Dzharty and Jatsuba, Christian patriarchs of Lazar and Kliment, secular lions Dzhemilev and Chubarov — but any visible Islamic seminary student or the sheikh, any representative from the Muslim states, even from Turkey?! Head of SMMC Emirali Ablaev was the unique official representative concerning Moslem, on the major event of the international value (and a bookmark of the main mosque of Crimea — such event).

Whether it is little?

So hastened to fix an inconvenient place what hadn’t time to invite anybody? Or the reason in other — what known Muslim figures have ignored heads of Medzhlis, how the persons who do not have to Islam any relation? Or were afraid, what the invited high-ranking Moslems will ask the same questions which have been hoisted in journalistic investigation?

Hardly the world learns answers to these questions.

But on three following questions of Mustafa Dzhemilev, Refat Chubarov and Emirali Ablaev should answer. These answers in this or that form Moslems not only will demand from them Crimea, but also the whole world:

Who from them and on what base has decided to use pagan rite — any bookmark of artifacts under the base of buildings — at building of a Muslim mosque?

Who from Moslems will offer means for a mosque, from the building beginning profaned by pagan rite?

Who from devout Moslems will go to uplift a prayer to the Allah in a mosque under which the pagan artifact is put?

Events with a capsule bookmark under the Cathedral mosque unequivocally confirm also that fact that Medzhlis management never had and has no relation to Islam. Moslems of Crimea have once again suffered defeat in struggle against godlessness. And leaders of Medzhlis widely, for the whole world, have celebrated this Pyrrhic victory over Moslems.

And still. We don’t doubt at all that the Cathedral mosque in Crimea will be obligatory erected but where as well as whom is will decide umma.
