«When in formation of this body participates less half of the Crimean Tatar population, it isn’t representative any more», are convinced in organization Milli Firka.

Chairman of Kenesh (Council) of Milli Firka Vasvi Abduraimov has told that «the decision the Medzhlis has legalized Kurultay as legitimate if third of the Crimean Tatars living in Crimea takes part in its formation».

Thus he has explained, why Milli Firka doesn’t participate in elections of Kurultay and has subjected to the rigid criticism the given «elective» process.

«To play with the opponent who plays with you with false cards — more expensively», — Abduraimov considers and specifies: «We from within know all kitchen of that such there are elections of Kurultay when, actually, delegates aren’t selected, and are appointed literally from above. Round it periodically scandals as it was, for example, in Alushta, Feodosiya, etc.» outside emerge.

Therefore in Milli Firka consider unacceptable the scheme when elections of delegates of Kurultay occur not straight lines, and on difficult system of step elections. As Vasvi Abduraimov noticed, «it is more similar not to elections, and on strict selection of people or on personal fidelity to heads, or on the one who will offer the services. For today according to many sociological researches, analytical services, Medzhlis support makes no more than 30 % of the Crimean Tatars».

«So, if the Medzhlis represents one third of Crimean Tatars who then will represent other two thirds?», — brings not rhetorical an attention to the question Abduraimov.

Earlier chairman of Kenesh Milli Firka Vasvi Abduraimov has informed that after elections on October, 31st, Milli Firka intends to call new meeting and to incur powers of a representative body of the Crimean Tatars.

As he said Milli Firka «plans to generate representation of the Crimean Tatars of a new format, not out of the power, not outside of a legal field, and in the structure of the representative power. Namely, on the basis of meeting of deputies of all levels».

«The meeting of deputies of regional level becomes a regional representative body, and meeting of deputies of all levels — the present representation. Total power of such meeting, will allow to resolve without serious consequences in constructive cooperation many questions», — chairman of Kenesh Milli Firka is assured.
