On July, 12-16th, 2010 in the Nation Palace in Geneva there passes 3rd session of the Expert mechanism by the rights of the radical people of the United Nations. The organisations take part in it, the states, United Nations bodies more than 600 representatives of the radical people, international. The president of fund of researches takes part in session work and support of the radical people of Crimea Nadir Bekirov.

He has acted on the third and fourth items on the agenda: Research about the radical people and the right to participate in decision-making, and also the Declaration of the United Nations on the rights of the radical people.

On July, 13th the meeting of representatives of the radical people with the Supreme Commissioner of the United Nations under human rights madam Navanethem Pilleja has taken place.

Describing a situation with position of the radical people in region Eastern Europe, Russia, Transcaucasia and the Central Asia Nadir Bekirov has paid attention of the Supreme Commissioner that in it live more than 200 radical people the huge majority from whom till now, unfortunately, has not received a recognition from outside the states of this region. Moreover in Ukraine, for example, the tendency to deny basically presence in it of the radical people recently has amplified. Government officials suggest to exclude articles obliging the state to provide the right of the radical people from the Constitution. While the states voting against acceptance of the Declaration one for one start to change the position towards its official recognition in our region and, in particular, in Ukraine top takes the most reactionary tendencies concerning the radical people.

The madam the Supreme Commissioner promised to pay to this attention and to promote maintenance of the rights of the radical people of region.

As happens practically always, representatives of Ukraine do not participate in this session, unlike the majority of the European states.
