The president of Fund of research and support of the radical people of Crimea Nadir Bekirov considers necessary full demilitarisation of pool of Black sea.
In the comment e-Crimea he has explained to agency that does not support prolongation of term of basing of the Black Sea fleet of Russia in Sevastopol, as it the opponent of presence of someone’s military bases in territory of Crimea. Such position is dictated by desire to lower danger of military collisions in this region, and presence of military base, has no whose value, in itself raises danger. «I am against someone’s military bases in territory of Crimea, whether it is the NATO, the USA or Russia took places. I am for the pool of Black sea has been demilitarised», -N.Bekirov have declared .
He has added that if Ukraine ratifies the agreement on prolongation of basing of BSF will oblige itself to certain behaviour in sphere of the international relations for many long years which essentially exceed term of stay of President Victor Yanukovych and his political force in power. «Yanukovych and his command put a basis that Ukraine existed in certain frameworks for a long time forward. These 25 years plus as early as is 5 years a whole epoch in a state life, especially concerning the young state», — the president of Fund has complained.
At the same time he notices that V.Yanukovych’s activity 10 times more, than at a previous command of his opponents Victor Yushchenko and Yulia Timoshenko. About it says that he «hardly having come to power and not so paying attention to legal subtleties» has started to spend at once a number of actions which answered his sights and a position of his political force.
The INQUIRY: In Victor Yushchenko’s presidency has developed the memorandum «About stages and an order of a conclusion till May, 28th, 2017 of military formations of the Black Sea fleet of the Russian Federation from places of its time disposition in territory of Ukraine» and has suggested Russia to sign it. The Russian side has refused the memorandum and has declared that intends to discuss conclusion of BSF not earlier than 2017.
The constitution of Ukraine provides an interdiction for placing of foreign military bases for territories of the country.
