All candidates for presidents maintain a social package and language sphere. There is no, developed a national policy if to reject ardent nationalists such policy can be a success.

I liked the constitution of Hungary, it should be taken for a basis, having added position about the Autonomy.

According to paragraph 1 68 of the Constitution of Hungary «the national and ethnic minority living in the Hungarian Republic, participate in realisation of the power and are governmentforming part of the Hungarian people». The rights of national and ethnic minority are settled in a number of laws among which the central place (after corresponding constitutional norms) occupies the Law 1993: LXXVII «About the rights of the citizens belonging to national and ethnic minority». Besides, norms UC, the Law 1993 have great value: LXXIX about public formation, the Law 1996: I about radio and TV, etc. Hungary ratified a number of the international conventions by the rights of minority. Positions of the Law on the rights of the citizens belonging to national and ethnic minority, covers national (Armenians, Bulgarians, Germans, Greeks, Poles, the Romanian, Serbs, Slovaks, Slovenes, Ukrainians and the Croat) and ethnic (gipsies) of minority who have an equal legal status. There are the commission in the parliament, special bodies in system of executive power and at the local government level, taking up the problems of minority. In Hungary there is no territorial autonomy, but the Constitution gives to national and ethnic minority the right to create bodies local and allhungarian self-management (paragraph 4 68).
