Protection of Presidential Administration of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych on Tuesday has not allowed to representatives of the Crimean Tatars to spend protest action under walls of presidential office. Nearby 100 persons — representatives of the Crimean Tatar people, have come to a building of Presidential Administration of Ukraine, as they said, to draw attention of the head of the state to an agrarian question in Crimea. 
The Crimean Tatars consider that it, to aboriginals of peninsula, give the earths least adapted for a life, and the most valuable sites are appropriated by officials of an autonomy. 
The day before the Crimean Tatars managed to carry out the action near presidential administration, however on Tuesday to them have shown the decision of district administrative court of Kiev from June, 21st about prohibition on carrying out of similar actions.
The Crimean Tatars have been compelled to stop action, however have soon joined other action under walls of administration which was spent by the centre of protection of human rights «Freedom». People demanded from the authorities to observe human rights in Ukraine, in particular, was told about a recent case with the Kiev student ostensibly hung up in the militian chamber.
The Presidential Administration of Ukraine yet has not commented on an event, the head of the state is at this time with a working trip in the Zaporozhye area.
In the press-service of the president have declared that the administration will attentively consider requirements of public organisation of the Crimean Tatars of «Avdet». In the press-service have noticed that head of the state Victor Yanukovych supports constant dialogue with the Crimean Tatars, including on a ground theme. The president is interested in a celebration of justice concerning each citizen of Ukraine, irrespective of a national identity and creed.
Today the authorised persons have listened to requirements of picketers — representatives of organisation «Аvdet», and these requirements will be attentively considered, have declared in the press-service of the president of Ukraine.
However participants of picket in Kiev have denied this information. According to press-service «Аvdet» statement, «officials have once again deceived the president and the public. Contrary to the commission of the head of the state it is fair to resolve an agrarian question in Crimea, law enforcement bodies have tried to disperse the delegation directed from 20000 Crimean families. In a press the false information about the meeting ostensibly spent on June, 22nd with representatives of»Avdet»has been extended.
Officials try to prevent dialogue of the people with the president in every way. They are afraid that their unseemly affairs will be opened.
