On March, 17th in EuroParliament will pass public hearings on which will discuss a condition of the Crimean Tatars in an autonomy after presidential election in Ukraine. Hearing was initiated by the Lithuanian eurodeputy Leonidas Donskis.

For public debate to Strasbourg is going, the chairman of Medzhlis, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Mustafa Dzhemilev. In interview to «the German wave» he has informed that is going to tell eurodeputies about how process of arrangement of the Crimean Tatars later 20 years after their homecoming from deportation proceeds.

Dzhemilev will give especial attention to a question of restoration of the political, economic and public rights of repatriates. Besides, the leader of Medzhlis wishes to pay attention of the European public to purpose of Anatoly Mogilev by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Three years ago this official headed the Crimean militia and was remembered by carrying out of militian operation on a plateau Ah-petri during which time Crimean Tatar businessmen have suffered.

Then Mogilyov has published in one of the Crimean newspapers article with the justification of deportation by Stalin from peninsula of the Crimean Tatars and other people. «Such purpose threats for rest in Crimea. After all this person hould struggle with international enmity, kindles it», — Dzhemilev has noted.

He has informed that the reference to the Public prosecutor of Ukraine with the requirement to draw Mogilyov for criminal responsibility has already been prepared in Medzhlis.

P.S. MF-inform: How about the question of recognition by EuroParliament of deportation of the Crimean Tatars a genocide and a crime against humanity? Especially precedent is available. In 2004, in 60-year-old anniversary, EuroParliament officially recognised Stalin deportation of Chechens and Ingushs as the genocide certificate.
