The candidate on a post of the president of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko promises that after the victory on elections will develop friendly relations with Georgia.

She has declared it today at press conference.

Timoshenko has underlined that the position of BYT, and also her personal, remained invariable — Georgia should be the uniform state.

«The item concerning Georgia from outside my political force (BYT) remains invariable. Our political force has absolutely accurately stated the item during the conflict — we have supported integrity of territory of Georgia. And we do not recognise those formations which declared independence and branch (from Georgia)», — Timoshenko has told.

She has underlined that between Ukraine and Georgia friendly mutual relations were already adjusted.

«We are not simple friends, we are partners. And we have fine history of relations. Also I think that this history will proceed», — Timoshenko has told.

Let’s remind, during the conflict in South Ossetia in August, 2008 the prime minister abstained from expressions of the item concerning an event on caucasus.
