The Crimean Tatar question is actual even since reorganization. There are no preconditions to the opposition termination on a line the Crimean Tatars — the slavic population of Crimea. In August 2010 Crimea was visited by the director of department of the countries of Eurasia IRI Steve Niks. He has spent a number of meetings with the assistant to the head of the Crimean government Aziz Abdullaev and the first deputy of the chairman of Medzhlis Refat Chubarov. The Overall objective of working visit of representatives IRI to Crimea — informing of the Crimean public on activity of institute and its programs realized in Crimea. According to S.Niks, the embassy of the USA in Ukraine is already acquainted «with priority lines of activity of our institute in Ukraine, in which number active cooperation with the Crimean Tatar people». The American side is interested in many nuances from life of the Crimean Tatars — from residing conditions in exile to the reasons of a suspense in the conditions of the Ukrainian state of the questions connected with restoration of the rights of the Crimean Tatar population and a potential autonomy of Crimea as the ethnic state of the Crimean Tatars.

Washington works on full, doing Crimeans by hostages of the Russophobian pays. The blessing that connivance and frank treachery of interests of the people by leaders of Medzhlis (Dzhemilyov, and other) unties Chubarov to Americans of a hand. Knowingly Washington so long supported the Soviet dissident Dzhemilyov. Now has come it is time to repay debts. The Crimean Tatar movement left for a long time already on the international level. In Medzhlis structure even there is a Department on the external relations which prerogative is adjustment of business contact pieces to foreign partners… Dzhemilev’band leaves on the European and American experts and philanthropists-russophobs through this department. Besides, the same gang tries to rally the Crimean Tatar diaspora all over the world around these ideas. Communities of the Crimean Tatars live in the USA, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Lithuania. In Russia is 4000 Crimeans.

The purpose of Dzhemilyov — to transform them in «an advance party in enemy territory», fostering complexes and revanchism. As a matter of fact, they are suggested to go by Poles whom any more the one ten years tries to impose to the West (the USA, France, Great Britain) a fault complex that haven’t helped in time Poland, and to the East (Russia) sense of guilt that offended Poland while the West didn’t help her. To Americans it is favourable that the Crimean Tatar movement has turned to «a fighting dog» American diplomacy. For this purpose also there is a hard work on all azimuths…
