Mustafa Dzhemilev will keep the influence on national movement of the Crimean Tatars after leaving from a post of the chairman of Medzhilis. Such opinion the Crimean political scientist DENIS BATURIN, the chairman of the council of public organisation «Milli Firka» of VASVI Abduraimov and the chief of the department on work with public organisations and mass-media of Medzhilis have expressed to the correspondent of the Crimean news agency SHEVKET Kaibullaev.
Denis Baturin considers that on Kurultaj exists two variants of development of a situation: either Mustafa Dzhemilev will not retire because of refusal of its delegates to satisfy, or the head of Medzhilis on a post will be replaced by his successor — Refat Chubarov.
The political scientist believes that after change of the chairman of Medzhilis (if it all the same takes place) the course of development of the national movement, earlier planned by Mustafa Dzhemilev will be continued. According to the political scientist, it is connected by that Refat Chubarov as the successor, will bring hardly in development strategy of Medzhilis something new. The information policy of Medzhilis can become a certain exception — it will be possible to expect the further development of national mass-media — directions which now in Medzhilis supervises Refat Chubarov.
Denis Baturin believes that struggle of various groups of influence in Medzhilis has come to the end, therefore appointment of Refat Chubarov to a post of the head of the organisation is only a matter of time. And for Mustafa Dzhemilev the special post, most likely, will be created. For example, the honourable chairman of Medzhilis.
According to Vasvi Abduraimov, in national movement of the Crimean Tatars there are processes of revaluation and disappointment a political policy spent last years by Medzhilis. In this connection in Medzhilis there were three groups of influence: supporters of group «Dzhemilev-Chubarov», adherents of the vice-president of Medzhilis, heads of deputy fraction «Kurultaj-Ruh» in Supreme Rada ARC Remzi Iljasov and supporters of group of the head of Bakhchsarai district state administration Ilmi Umerov.
The leader of «Mile of Firka» believes that personally Mustafa Dzhemilev will lobby on a post of the head of Medzhilis the successor Refata Chubarova. Thus the basic struggle for a vacant place will concentrate between Refat Chubarov and Remzi Iljasov. The winner in this political opposition will appear the one who can get support of Ilmi Umerov. At this Vasvi Abduraimov considers that Remzi Iljasov has in a greater degree the right to apply for a post of the head of Medzhilis.
Vasvi Abduraimov has specified that each of influence groups in Medzhilis has own resources. So, Refat Chubarov supervises national Crimean Tatar mass-media (television channel ATR, radio stations «Мейдан», the newspaper «Avdet»), Ilmi Umerov — an administrative resource of the Bakhchsarai region, Remzi Iljasov has support state and business structures.

Shevket Kajbullaev considers that many delegates of Kurultai, got used to work with Mustafa Dzhemilev and occupying posts in authorities, with care will approach to a choice of the new leader of Medzhilis.
In opinion of Shevket Kajbullaev, the chairman nevertheless becomes Refat Chubarov. «I do not think that Remzi Iljasov will propose the nominee though can be and other opinions. However delegates of Kurultaj are more declined on party of Refat Chubarov», — Shevket Kajbullaev has told.
Thus the chief of the department on work with public organisations and mass-media of Medzhilis is assured that Mustafa Dzhemilev is not only the head of the organisation, but also the leader of the Crimean Tatar people.
