Experts of the Crimean juristic institution together with a working group of the Yalta City Council have supported the offer Yalta’s dwelllers according to which into Yalta’s «constitution» it is planned to enter creation of advice of the international consent.

As informs on an official Internet portal of a city, last Friday, on January, 29th, experts of the Crimean juristic institution together with a working group considered offers of Yalta’s dwellers in the second and third section of the project of Yalta’s «constitution».The biggest part has been accepted. So, the purposes, problems and mission of a territorial bulk of Yalta (inhabitants from Gurzuf to Forosa) which were offered by the public, are accepted. Also, support of experts was received by idea of creation of caunscil of the international consent. With that only the clause that lawyers have suggested to expand advice at the expense of religious communities and to transform it into council.

It is planned that the following meeting of experts of expert group of the Commission on project development of the Charter with a working group will take place this Friday and will be devoted offers in position about the representative of a territorial bulk under human rights », — told on a site.
