Dear president, Dear Ukrainian friends! Our public organisation «integration Cabinet» has been created with assistance of the United Nations Organization Program (CIDP UN) in the early nineties last century. Integration of the Crimean Tatar people in the Ukrainian society was an organisation overall objective. 
Then all our command fondly believed that the Ukrainian state will help the people to forget all last persecutions, to forget all injustice and cruelty which were tested on itself by the people in days of deportation. We believed that the laws corresponding to universal values will be passed, allowing to restore all our rights, to revive our culture, language, to restore the deformed history, toponymics of our native land. We very much wished to become full and high-grade citizens of the young country.
We were ready to forget that in 1954, in 24 days after transfer of Crimea to Ukraine, the Central Committee of Communist Party of Ukraine sent a letter to N.S.Hrushchevu with the request not to return to Crimea deported, including the Crimean Tatars. Khruschev those years have thrown similar letters. Only therefore in two years, on ХХ CPSU congress when Stalin’s cult of personality has been condemned, and to Chechens, Ingushs and Kalmyks have allowed to return to a native land and to restore the autonomies, the Crimean Tatars, Germans and a Turk-meshetintsev have not mentioned. Thus, because of the Ukrainian communists we were late in the reference to 35 years longer the others that has strengthened ethnocide of the people.
We were ready to forget, as hundreds families of the Crimean Tatars who have arrived home, inconsiderately threw out from Crimea, put «for passport system infringement», lead up to self-burning.
But the authorities can’t give us an opportunity to forget it and do not only continue a policy of communists of Ukraine, but also bring in it the new elements directed on utter annihilation of the crimean Tatar people.
So, the deputy of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Roman Bessmertnimj had been developed the Concept of assimilation of the Crimean Tatars. This concept has been added to the arsenal by president Yushchenko who has given the commission to the former chairman of Crimean Council of Ministers Burdjugov «Quickly and accurately to assimilate the Crimean Tatars». I have brought an action on Roman Bessmertnijl for idea of violent assimilation of my people. But the court (and in Ukraine it is known as dare actions of proceeding) has passed the decision that me personally it does not concern. But the noise lifted by the press of many countries on this process, has taken effect. The secretary of the president at the press conference has declared that Ukraine will not assimilate the Crimean Tatars.
I was surprised then a position of some heads of Medzhlis which instead of also being indignant and support my claim requirement, have condemned me on Kurultaj that I have legal proceedings with their friends. Whether there can be at the people such friends who want their disappearance?
The new power upon which the people rest hopes, knowing that any nationalist excesses are alien to the president V.Yanukovych, has found the second Roman Bessmertnij in the name of chairman of Statecomreligion J.Reshetnikov. Developed at his participation, and can and under his initiative, the bill «About the Concept of the state ethnonational policy of Ukraine» does not promise anything good to the Crimean Tatars. This concept does not correspond, and contradicts those basic documents accepted by the United Nations and the international public. The document project has called the huge protest not only among the Crimean Tatars, but also among other radical people of Crimea. Even participants of a round table in Kiev, with J.Reshetnikov’s participation, sharply criticised its many positions and have sent on completion.
Mustafa Dzhemilev, despite the personal invitation, did not participate in discussion of this document. Medzhlis, as well as in the history with Roman Bessmertnij, has not made any statements.
The analysis of this project was made by public organisations of the Crimean Tatars. It has been sent to mister Reshetnikov and published in the newspaper «Voice of Crimea». The newspaper has given the account also from the national meeting of the Crimean Tatars which also have condemned the project of this law. Instead of easy reacting to criticism, Reshetnikov has burst in the terrible letter to the newspaper which, has you see dared to criticise his unsuccessful child. He has threatened to deprive of financing the newspaper of the Crimean Tatars leaving in Russian. Moreover, has demanded to publish the refutation in the newspaper that has called outburst of indignation of its many thousands readers.
Reshetnikov groundless accuses authors of discussion of his opus that they ostensibly call into question territorial integrity of Ukraine.
It is groundless!
But if such as R.Bessmertnij and J.Reshetnikov will decide national problems that creates real threat to existence of the whole people, these people can pick up to themselves other, warmer wing. If they somewhere also leave, only together with the primordial native land Crimea.
Do not lead up the people before!
Proceeding from the above-stated, I ask myself a question, whether there is a sense throughout useless activity of public organisation under the name «the Integration Cabinet»? The power of Ukraine interferes with painless integration of the Crimean Tatar people in the Ukrainian society. Therefore we stop activity of this public organisation and we will search for other ways which will force the Ukrainian management to face the radical people of Crimea and accurately to carry out the international laws on protection of the rights and freedom of the person.
