Unlike Russia, modern Ukraine has withdrawn from the decision of problems of the subjected to repression people. Today there is a real threat of assimilation of the Crimean Tatars, Medzhlis is an obedient toy in hands of the Ukrainian nationalists. And if today Kiev takes a course on «the fastest assimilation» of the Crimean Tatar people if it does not wish to recognise existence of such people why the people cannot consider variants of a finding of Crimea as a part of Russia? 
About it told in the statement of the chairman of the council of elders of the Crimean Tatar people «Namus» Sejjar Sofa, published on a site of Crimean Tatar opposition «Milli Firka».
On November, 14th, 1989, the elder reminds, the Supreme body of the USSR has accepted the Declaration «About a recognition illegal and criminal repressive certificates against the people, exposed to violent resettlement, and maintenance of their rights».
Then Council of ministers of the USSR has accepted on July, 11th, 1990 the Decision №666 «About prime measures under the decision of the questions connected with returning of the Crimean Tatars in the Crimean area» — with the full program and the account of necessary means, with tasks to all Allied ministries and departments. In addition the Decision «About the organised returning of the Crimean Tatars in Crimean ASSR» № 1991 has been published on July, 511 24th.
However the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, reminds the representative of «Namus», was eliminated from a problem of the Crimean Tatars, having assigned its realisation to allied authorities. It has not executed Declaration ВС the USSR and has not published the corresponding Law as it has been executed the Russian Federation.
On December, 26th, 1991, at the moment of destruction of the USSR, — the begun program of returning of the Crimean Tatars to Crimea has stopped working. Disturbed by destiny before the subjected to repression people, at the initiative of the Russian Federation in 1992 in Bishkek heads of the CIS countries have accepted «Agreements on the questions connected with restoration of the rights of deported persons, national minorities and the people». However and from performance of this agreement Kiev was eliminated.
Thus, underlines Sejjar Sofa, within 20 years the rimean Tatar people have appeared out of a legal field, its legal status is not defined, the violated rights and only because of Ukraine are not restored.
In 1992, realising the responsibility for destiny of the Crimean Tatar people, Russia directed means for realisation of the program of returning of the deported people and persons to directly Rescomnats of Republic of Crimea. But political ambitions of the Ukrainian politicians have broken off the adjusted interstate relations.
Kiev ignores also article 28 «Big contract», saying that Russia and Ukraine «will co-operate concerning restoration of the rights of the deported people according to arrangements within the limits of the CIS on a bilateral and multilateral basis».
The constitutional court of Ukraine 23.04.2010г. Recognised as lawful arrangements on prolongation of terms of stay of the Black Sea fleet of Russia in Crimea till 2042.
Therefore «Namus» considers irresponsible statements on behalf of the Crimean Tatars of the head of Medzhlis Mustafa Dzhemilev about his prospective efforts in denouncement of the signed agreement between fraternal people and threat to president Yanukovych like a phrase «we will not ask alms in power. At us such moods ripen that we can leave in general authorities in Crimea and generate the strongest in Ukraine opposition».
Having such possibilities, there is a question why Dzhemilev have not been undertaken respective efforts, being in the Supreme Rada the third term, on rehabilitation of the Crimean Tatar people and restoration of its legitimate rights? Why till now Ukraine does not publish the law «About rehabilitation of the subjected to repression Crimean Tatar people and the persons deported from Crimea to a national sign»?
The Crimean Tatars in the majority, mark in «Namus», doesn’t accept a position to search in someone, especially in any people for «constant and eternal enemies». In their difficult political and economic condition they wait for support, from all representatives of the people, from all governments and the states and first of all from Russia and the CIS countries.
«Namus» revolts the conciliatory relation of Medzhlis to the developed program «Ethnonational policy of Ukraine», with the having purpose assimilation of the Crimean Tatar people, an exception of the concept constitution «the radical people» and maintenance of their rights which are starting with by accepted General Assembly the United Nations «Declarations on the rights of the radical people».
If a management of Ukraine, elders consider, has headed for «the fastest assimilation» Crimean Tatar people if it does not wish to recognise existence of such people why the people cannot consider variants of a finding of Crimea as a part of Russia, which else in 1991 has rehabilitated the Crimean Tatars?
Elders also are assured that the Crimean Tatars — against their violent assimilation which was spent also by heads of Ukraine since transfer of Crimea to its structure.
Revolts «Namus» and last bill submitted to the Supreme Rada from a name of Medzhlis by Dzhemilev — «About restoration of the rights of the persons deported to a national sign» in which there is no even a mention of the people of the Crimean Tatars, of restoration of its political national rights.
In circulation, accepted by Medzhlis to candidates for presidents, it has been declared that the Crimean Tatars will vote for the candidate who will pursue a policy on the introduction of Ukraine into the NATO, for the European choice, and words without having mentioned that the future president should solve the vital issues of rehabilitation and restoration of the rights of the subjected to repression people.
Elders consider that such not corresponding to opinion of the majority of the Crimean Tatars of the statement of Dzhemilev and members of Medzhlis in the accepted references and performances at the international forums and meetings become because any statement, the reference made on behalf of the people, will not be co-ordinated with the people and not taken out for national discussion.
Besides, they mark, in the performance on memorial service on May, 18th, 2010 Dzhemilev has told nothing neither about rehabilitation of the Crimean Tatar people, nor about the hopeless destiny prepared for it by the Ukrainian management.
Having concerned a difficult situation in interethnic and interconfessional relations on peninsula, between representatives of the Crimean Tatar people and Russian population of Crimea, — it has laid all blame on special services of Russia, screening a management of Ukraine, having forgotten that in Crimea special services of Ukraine work.
For the Crimean Tatars extremely important that Europe knew their problems and has taken hot part in their decision. The EuroParliament tribune has been given them in person of Mustafa Dzhemilev. But in traditions of national movement this report should is discussed and accepted by the people. But it has not occurred.
And here result: Dzhemilev has made the basic emphasis on acceptance of programs of the economic help and to expansion of material and research base of the Crimean engineering-pedagogical university, restoration of historical and architectural monuments of the Crimean Tatar culture of the Middle Ages, assistance in development of electronic mass-media, an average and a small-scale business and simplification of mechanisms of repatriation.
However Europe, consider in «Namus», has not heard the analysis of position of the people and main requirements of the Crimean Tatars following from it.
The estimation to him will be given by the people. Elders urge national public organisations to address in the European union with explanations and to state those wishes about which Dzhemilev has kept silent:
1. To tell about true position of the Crimean Tatar people; 2. To demand a recognition of universal eviction of all people in 1944 from the native earth (in dispatch places — 46,2 % of all people were lost) — the genocide certificate; 3. To insist on acceptance by Ukraine of the Law on full-scale rehabilitation of illegally plundered and moved Crmean Tatar people with following from this restoration of national statehood, toponymics and history, culture, languages, spirituality schools; 4. To restore the status of the Crimean Tatars as the radical people generated by centuries in Crimea with a recognition of their rights to the earth, bowels and riches of peninsula; 5. To recognise Crimean Tatar language as one of state languages in Crimea, along with Russian as it was before people eviction; 6. To accept programs of returning of all remained in places of dispatch of the Crimean Tatars, having reserved the earths for building of habitation and having allocated from the means state budget for this purpose.
