Organization «Аvdet» board has addressed to the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych with the letter in which has urged the Ukrainian and Crimean authorities to establish direct dialogue with participants of ground glades of the protest without intermediaries from Medzhlis.

n their reference to the head of the state it is told:

«Recently in various mass media of a steel to appear statements of heads of Medzhlis Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov for their leading part in settlement with ground self-captures. Thus, in the statements extended by the press-service of Medzhlis, doesn’t become distinctions between self-captures and officially registered in the order established by the law actions — national glades of the protest».

Further in the letter it is told that representatives of the Crimean glades of the protest in a press and official references to representatives of the power repeatedly expressed the indignation of that M.Dzhemilev and R.Chubarov mislead the government of Crimea and the central power of Ukraine concerning the authoritativeness and capacity in settlement of the state importance.

Realizing the incompetence in an agrarian question and absence of influence on protest glades, recently heads of Medzhlis have started direct falsification, spending to inhabited files near to protest glades so-called «alternative meetings» and forming false lists of participants of glades of the protest.

After board OO «Аvdet» and active workers of glades of the protest have exposed destructive actions of a management of Medzhlis, on their phones anonymous calls of the menacing maintenance began to arrive. Calling demanded from active workers of self-elimination from public work and drive of glades of the protest under control of heads of Medzhlis, threatening, in case of disobedience, physical violence over them and members of their families.

In the document it is noticed that the given actions are blackmail — rough infringement of human rights and laws of Ukraine, and involve health hazard and lives of trustees of ОО «Avdet» and active workers of glades of the protest.

Moreover, destructive actions of a management of Medzhlis in an agrarian question have led to a limiting aggravation of social intensity in Crimea. Any provocation in the form of beating or other illegal influence on active workers of glades of the protest, or members of their families, can cause the large-scale civil conflict on the Crimean peninsula. It is not excluded, what exactly the heads of Medzhlis repeatedly threatening to the governments of Crimea and Ukraine by national excitements in Crimea and mass infringements of a public order achieve it.

In end of the reference authors ask to take immediately necessary measures on a preservation of peace and stability in АR Crimea, and also on protection of active workers of glades of the protest against threats and blackmail and to apply all technical and organizational potential of law enforcement bodies to an establishment of persons of telephone blackmailers and their punishment on all severity of the law.

Thus, organization «Аvdet» board expresses confidence that only the establishment of direct dialogue between participants of glades of the protest and the power will allow to avoid destructive influence of a management of Medzhlis and it is as much as possible fair to resolve an agrarian question in Crimea, having kept thereby a public order and social stability in Autonomous republic Crimea.
