State Department of the USA Has Scarified Ukraine for Violence and Discrimination of the Crimean Tatars

The US State department has published the report for 2009 about observance of human rights in 192 countries of the world. In particular, the American foreign policy department has noted also separate infringements of human rights in Ukraine.

So, State department of the USA specifies in abusing cases from outside power structures, including beatings and tortures of arrested persons and prisoners, severe constraints in prisons and excessive application of force at detention.
In the report also criticise Ukraine for unfairly long pre-judicial detention, the inefficient both corrupted judicial system and anti-Semitism incidents. Besides, authors of the document mark a corruption wide circulation in the power and a society.
Among other examples of infringement of human rights which last year have been noted in Ukraine, the violence and discrimination concerning women, children, rums, the Crimean Tatars and people of not slavic appearance are named.
Serious problem for Ukraine there is a human trafic, marks State department of the USA, specifying also in cases of oppression of representatives of sexual minorities from outside power structures.
Besides, it is underlined in the report, Ukrainians continue to face restrictions at attempts to generate professional associations or to join them, and also trying to protect the rights collectively.
