Last week Medzhlis has managed to expose the ultimatum to the president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych on the eve of a meeting with him. As the head of Medzhlis assures, at this meeting council work of the Crimean Tatar people will be discussed with the president of Ukraine. It would be desirable to remind that this body was also included the organizer of slaughter in a bar «Kotton» Abdullaev condemned for this crime (and not only for it) by nine years of the imprisonment, pardoned by the same president, not stayed even thirds of term put by court.

Do, as I will tell

Formidable Dzhemilev threatens the power with a finger with words: «We will look, as events will develop further, but we in any case will not ask alms in power. At us such moods ripen that we can leave in general authorities in Crimea and generate the strongest in Ukraine opposition, but the decision we will accept after a meeting with the president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych». As they say, and on those thanks. For some reason Dzhemilev firmly convinced that about all Tatar «demobilisations» from authorities will necessarily execute his order, high state posts holding now. That is on his (leader) to desire all of them as one will leave in opposition in what it is strong doubts and the Crimean Tatars who are not so not considering with Mustafa-efendi with the doubtless leader.

But Dzhemilev simply revels boundless as it seems to him, the power and even dares to give Presidential Administration advice. As the head of Medzhlis confirms: «We have sent the letter to the president in which have told about existence of this body (aforementioned council at the president), about its possibilities for the decision of problems of the people, for strengthening stability. After that the Presidential Administration has shown interest to this body, we were asked, whether it is impossible to expand it for the bill of other representatives, but we have explained that Medzhlis is not club on interests, that is it the people who selected the people and have received its trust, and not in our power to change them». That is muffled (and illegitimate) body it is impossible to change not clear representatives, and here personal wish of Dzhemilev to send in resignation of officials from among the Crimean Tatars — it is possible for one. And, we will notice, not it appointed them.

But the dictator incurs a hard burden to solve for all Crimean Tatars. For example, explains: «During meetings with Victor Yanukovych and Nikolay Azarov before elections we discussed a situation in Crimea. They asked the Crimean Tatars to support them on elections, in exchange promised to solve definitively for some years a problem of returning and people arrangement in the homeland. However we could not find the consent in this question». That is, so Dzhemilev has solved, whence follows, what exactly is unprofitable to solve a problem of arrangement of the people. Thus, seemingly, opinion of the people this doubtful leader. But thus he also gives orders and exposes requirements, as he has decided that in a future coalition it is necessary to accept «Our Ukraine», but not to start up communists — they are not pleasant to him.

If to follow the law letter, whether stay of certain «advisers» from the illegal organisation (Medzhlis) in legal and quite legitimate Presidential Administration seems to you a legal incident?

Race for the leader?

But the special attack of rage was called Mustafa-efendi by purpose of the general Mogilyov by the main militiaman of Ukraine. It seems that he considers Anatoly Vladimirovich as the personal enemy for a pulling down in the autumn of 2007 of self-systems and illegal commercial points on a plateau Ah-petri, spent, by the way, on a judgement. Precisely available these constructions of Dzhemilev had a personal interest, and whether it protected it, having demanded and having achieved from the former president Yushchenko of resignation of Mogilyov?

But if to understand under the law and on conscience, it turns out that if before the law all are equal, there is someone and «equaler»: why other businessmen of all nationalities are compelled to receive a heap of allowing documents on the business, to pay taxes, and for business invaders on Ah-petri laws does not exist?

Unique who is for certain ready to support of Dzhemilev in struggle with general Mogilev so it is some thousand representatives of the Crimean underworld which has appeared on a dock in command by Anatoly Mogilev by the Crimean militia. It is clear: well in any way the criminal cannot like the general of militia — not on concepts.

Now Dzhemilev declares that will complain of purpose of Mogilyov by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. As he said, Medzhlis already prepared «the reference about excitation against Mogilyov of criminal case upon kindling international break». Here only where this «reference», the head of Medzhlis will be sent and has not specified, though admitted that to the Ukrainian courts to direct this document it considers senseless. However, soon after Dzhemilev has specified that will be achieve legal investigations on Mogilyov in the European court.

The mister «leader», — has not considered illegitimate body under the name «Medzhlis», anywhere not registered and consequently not existing de jure, will act as the subject of legal proceedings in an Ukrainian language or in Europian courts? And really senseless struggle against general Mogilev is a basic problem among the Crimean Tatars?; and more a question: if all column of the Crimean Tatars goes without cadence, and only the leader in a foot — is it necessary to replace not a foot, but the leader?
