«Advocate» of the rights of the Crimean Tatar people, head of a Medzhlis Mustafa Dzhemilev privatized on the name of a building of Council of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people and welfare funds. It has declared to «Rosbalt» the Crimean legal expert Mark Ben-Naim, having referred to the data received in Fund of Property АRC.

According to the legal expert, Dzhemilev is the individual owner of a building along the street Schmidt, 2 in Simferopol (the former building of republican enterprise «Zelenhoz») which has been passed in using to Council of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people at the president of Ukraine for carrying out of sessions and current activity.

Further Mustafa Dzhemilev has created so-called welfare fund «Crimea» which «privatized» the specified building in 2002. According to the register of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the unique owner of «charitable» fund is personally Mustafa Dzhemilev.

In the same 2002 Mustafa Dzhemilev has created one more «charitable» fund — «Crimea Kessav», which «took», by words Ben-Naim, for Mustafa a building in village Pioneer the Simferopol area. The unique owner of this fund is Mustafa Dzhemilev, the legal expert has informed.

Now addresses of other buildings, «taken» at the Crimean Tatar people are found out by a family of Mustafa Dzhemilev. As legality of transactions on the spent privatization is checked.
