I knew one Mustafu from Ajserez (laughs). As far as I know, «Milli Firka» is conceived and is under construction as opposition, alternative of Medzhlis. We will look that from this it will turn out. Though you will not name this project as a»new» one: it exists for some years, to it yet cant be on the same level with Medzhlis. It is clear: this so to say «representative body», despite the illegality, is in contact both to the state Ukraine, and to the international structures. By the way, there are for me good acquaintances in both these structures — both in Medzhlis, and in «Milli-Firka». I consider that normal people are both there, and there. However, — as well as, to put it mildly, not absolutely normal. However, eventually, this your internal Crimean Tatar business — to be defined with those who will represent you in the politician and to the authorities. And I will wish you — not to be mistaken and not to repent then of the made choice.

Now all quickly enough varies. Not absolutely clearly, on what selective model and even when these elections will take place. But all the same I will dare to assume that in the future parliament of Crimea the following political forces, capable to break a three-percent barrier will be presented.

Party of Regions, «Russian unity», KPU, party «Union« — on the one hand (voting in January-February for Yanukovych).

Medzlis in the union with Ruh, and it is possible — with someone else — with another. These are those who voted for Timoshenko though itself BYT can not pass in new structure of the Crimean parliament (so sees from today).

Voters of Timoshenko can remove to any conditional «Jatsenjuk-Tigipko». I at all mean these concrete politicians, and that part of the Crimean voters who voted for them in the first tour of presidential election. It — some kind of «third party», is more exact — the Crimean Center. There is, there was a voter which now to vote especially there is nobody. If Yanukovych recognised Abkhazia and South Ossetia as he has made it still, being the leader of the party of regions, the Ukrainian-Russian relations definitively became Russian-Ukrainian: Ukraine rigidly would cut itself from the West, and to it would remain nothing as soon as to be integrated from the Russian Federation, and on the conditions which are put forward by the Russian Federation. Therefore even Lukashenko with such recognition does not hurry up. I think, and Yanukovych will try to leave to himself a place for geopolitical maneuver. So — hardly. Unless affairs at Ukraine are absolutely bad. So, what well it in a bath, this state sovereignty. To Venezuela and Nicaragua in this question is easier: they are far from the Russian Federation and Georgia. Ukraine should be much more circumspect. I here again will try to reformat a question: and whether there is a present requirement at Crimeans to be consolidated in «a uniform fist»? Simply when people really want something (without lying on a sofa, clear business), appear both corresponding leaders, and corresponding political forces. And if on all country, not only in Crimea, the most active part of citizens, so to say — leaders of public opinion, — wishing each other the most bad, speak: «That you lived for one salary!», it is possible to talk about what «fist»? And what, as a whole across Ukraine such political force which would show an example of the fair policy focused on people is not necessary to us?

Nevertheless, not all so is bad. In Crimea movement «Russian unity» in which are tightened both veterans of the Crimean policy, and new perspective leaders gains in strength. We will look that from this leaves. The hope, as it is known, dies last.

I agree. Sevastopols have such point — a certain snobbery (if you about it). But at those now for aplomb which-what powerful bases are, and here at inhabitants of Sevastopol… You know, it because the city is traditionally isolated from all other world.And when entrance there was under admissions, and now, when Sevastopol — original Ukrainian deadlock. And — the most deadlock deadlock as the others have an exit for borders of Ukraine, and beyond Sevastopol the earths are not present. It and a consequence of its special administrative-territorial status. Almost same, as at Kiev. It flatters, though actually from townspeople of Ukraine only Sevastopol inhabitans do not select the power, and receive it directly from the president. About Sevastopol super-puper-patriotism, look at results of the same referendum about the Ukrainian independence of December, 1st, 1991. Yes Sevastopol inhabitans have given for the Ukrainian independence much less, than in any Ukrainian area — only 57 percent. But in the rest to Crimea the percent was even more low — 54. And it — in spite of the fact that in Sevastopol then (as well as now) few the Crimean Tatars, at whome, for the clear reasons, the relation to the USSR, the Ukrainian independence, etc. Cardinally differs from dominating in Crimea. So the moral right to that someone from Crimeans to accuse Sevastopol infabitans of «treachery» is not present.

Now Sevastopol has even more stood apart from other Crimea, than it was in its «closeness». Earlier Sevastopol inhabitans though studied in the Crimean HIGH SCHOOLS, and now they have — the. Communications between young men during training are not fastened so more often, as earlier, and after all it — on all life. It is all — not simply Problem of reunion of Crimea — one of sharpest of what to us should be solved in the near future. That is why to us it is the extremely important, that Sevastopol inhabitans, along with the deserved pride that they live in such remarkable city, felt Crimeans.

Some details escape, but it — when instead of a standard Ukrainian language, its zoned variant or the American (emigrant) version is used. In both cases in an Ukrainian language becomes more half, and it already complicates its perception for Russian consciousness. It would Seem, there is nothing easier how to legalise a real-life state of affairs — bilinguality. But here a trouble: if Russian becomes a state language (not to the SECOND state, and ONE OF TWO), the Ukrainian national idea will suffer irreplaceable loss. I.e., to people, and than the government so will be easier, more comfortable, and here to the Ukrainian national idea — is not present. After all it is initially ground as ANTIRUSSIAN. To That a recognition behind Russian of any status — for it death similarly. And in the world there is no order for Russia-2 which can become «Russian-speaking» Ukraine. It is convinced that at Medzhlis, in its real strategy, such plan is absent. The slogan Crimean Tatar statehood is a frightener, a false target. Actually leaders of Medzhlis successfully enough carry out absolutely other project: the project of privatisation by Medzhlis of the Crimean Tatar people. Promoted workers of Medzhlis represent the Crimean Tatars in republican and nation-wide authorities, with Medzhlis, in exchange for voices of the Crimean Tatars, conduct the auctions concerning advancement of its leaders in the Supreme Rada of Ukraine. Меdzhlis closes on itself the control over social policy under the relation of the Crimean Tatars, attempts to construct isolated from allcrimeans and allukrainian Crimean Tatar economic system are undertaken under the aegis of Medzhlis. There were even offers to tax all Crimean Tatars which would be raised by Medzhlis. Here it is all not that that really. It is valid. Under this project from Medzhlis erect the personal well-being for the people bill which owners they have proclaimed themselves. And that on this «model» has not followed «claims» from outside the Crimean or Ukrainian authorities, yes the same world community, the smoke screen like that which was filled recently with Mustafa Dzhemilev in Bruxelles is used. This consciousness for today it has appeared enough that we have achieved here such, substantially — declarative — the status. But the consciousness Crimeans evolves, to it is already close in narrow frameworks of the present status. In them cosy feel only local political elite which it is comfortable in the conditions of the truncated autonomy as level of its (elite) of responsibility is truncated also. At any new «step» of development of the Crimean autonomy, its status will be inevitably raised, powers — are expanded. Crimeans will consult with it. And if the present political elite, the worse for it does not consult: we will grow up another.

To be Crimean it means to lead with Crimea one life. It is very uneasy, I will tell to you, the life as it consists not only from three summer months and proceeds not so exclusively along sea coast. It is remembered, we about 30 years ago went on harvesting together with working women of one state farm of Nizhnegorsky area. Then has regretted that I do not own neither an art photo, nor skill (at least craft) the painter. Here these exposed to the wind persons covered with completely not beach Crimean sunburn, these knotty fingers of hands is and there is a shape typical.

Recently it was necessary to be passed deep into Belogorsky area. Impression: nuclear war has passed, people were lost or have left in less infected places, and ruins of the structures, rusting remains of technics stand monuments of the lost Civilization. Actually, the life there is. She huddles on court yard of not populous villages and settlements where on the farmsteads people manage practically without water (from the sky it in Crimea not very much drips), on the soil more similar to the crushed stone, something there to grow up… And thus business to the Black Sea fleet, Russian, to the autonomy status is it. Here it that is for me — to be Crimean.

Crimean feels constant responsibility for the native earth: for its unique, but very vulnerable, fragile shape, yes a heritage of last cultures and civilisations which are stored by the Crimean earth. The ideal president for the concrete-real state Ukraine — Victor Fedorovich Yanukovych as citizens of Ukraine have chosen him. For all years of the Ukrainian independence Kuchma was the most successful while, in my opinion. And about that, was born or not — I think that all presidents of independent Ukraine already were born. If it is necessary to describe the ideal head of the ideal state it will be not the president, and the hereditary «educated» monarch who inherits the state as we — business and property of the parents. Than badly? Present level of his responsibility: to accept the country from the father and to pass her son. Compare to a level of responsibility of those who comes to power for 4-8-10 years…

Strange, maybe, we differently understand natsional-liberal views? Though…, Basically, I the Russian nationalist also highly appreciate freedom, so — perhaps, yes, the natsional-liberal. Of the 1st of May I take a positive view, as to any other national holiday. And here to modern «communists» — with irony. And how them to concern, tell? They plainly do not know anything about the theory of communism, in communistic building for a long time are not engaged, more and more the individual. A pity show… And let do not try to privatise on May, 1st. The people have nationalised it for a long time already.
