The public organisation «Milli Firka» suggests to create in Crimea institute of national legal proceedings — Kadijat. The organisation press-service has informed on it referring to the resolution accepted by delegates of IV conference «Milli Firka».

«In days of old in Crimea there was quite effective institute of national legal proceedings — Kadijat which decisions were obligatory for representatives of all estates and ranks», — is told in the message.

In «Milli Firka» are assured that in present conditions probably to revive «national institute of a public censure». So, in the organisation suggest to create Kadijat for the permission of civil disputes on the basis of the Arbitration courts. «The legislation of Ukraine allows to make today it», — have informed in the organisation.

According to a management «Milli Firka», — Kadijata should enter into Arbitration court structure the lawyer, the head of the Sanhedrim and the head of a Muslim community (imam). «In such courts it would be possible to resolve all occurring in community, disputes and conflicts (without the reference in courts of law) operatively, without additional expenses, and the most important thing — according to traditional understanding of Good and Harm, Belief and national customs», — have declared in «Milli Firka».
