«Those means with which the Ukrainian state allocates from the budget for arrangement of the Crimean Tatars, uncomparable with scale of a damage caused to the Crimean Tatar people deportation, with scales of the incomes received and received by the Ukrainian state from using by property, taken away from the Crimean Tatars at deportation, the earth and the natural resources of Crimea received by Ukraine in 1954, and gratuitously maintained by the Ukrainian state 55 years. The annual payment received by Ukraine for the small piece of the Crimean earth rented by the Russian Black Sea fleet is enough to tell that, surpasses deductions from the Ukrainian budget on deported for ten years», — write in the letter addressed to president Yushchenko, the head of Ministry Yulia Timoshenko and the Supreme body of Ukraine participants of national meeting of the Crimean Tatars which have passed in the Sudak.

Expenses from the Ukrainian budget, are marked by authors of the reference, in hundreds times more low, than cost of cumulative work and the direct costs suffered by the Crimean Tatars on the returning and arrangement. Besides a budget money arrives not to the Crimean Tatars, and the Ukrainian state bodies and officials who mostly use them for washing up and achievement personal career and political ends and enrichment.

Through this system Ukraine has gradually adjusted also payoff semi-official Crimean tatar politicians, having grown the whole layer of the Crimean Tatars, fulfilling to it for possibility to receive «gain» from a budget money.

And in politiko-legal and cultural questions situations is even worse: Ukraine has proclaimed a course on assimilation of the Crimean Tatar people which results year from a year become more and more perceived. On September, 13th, 2007, remind Crimran Tatar oppositionists, Genassambleja of the United Nations has confirmed the Declaration of the rights of the radical people, being operating source of international law, including for Ukraine as a member of the United Nations. The Ukrainian diplomacy, they underline, has undertaken unprecedented efforts not to admit acceptance of this Declaration. And it in conditions when the document has been supported by 145 member countries of the United Nations.

«Despite resistance of the Ukrainian state, this international certificate is accepted and is for Ukraine so obligatory, how much and the General Declaration of human rights. The text of the given Declaration also contains the norms, concerning consequences of violent moving, withdrawal of the earth and the legal consequences connected with it that should be considered by law working out», — is underlined in circulation.

«One of problems created by the Ukrainian state itself is that state structures and officials of Ukraine in every possible way avoid fair and open dialogue with the Crimean Tatar public and experts, selecting itself as partners for discussion imitation of Crimean Tatar problems of persons of Crimean Tatar nationalities from among the Ukrainian officials and other figures who are on the maintenance at the Ukrainian state, receiving at it money and crosses and for a long time forgotten about interests of the people to which formally belong».

These «Crimean Tatars», according to opposition, the Ukrainian power tries to impose to the international community as representatives of the Crimean Taar people, trying to hide a true state of affairs and true opinion of these people on the position in Ukraine.

In the meantime «the ball of problems is fastened tighter and becomes more and more dangerous, both for the Crimean Tatars, and for Ukraine. Such long-term policy and practice of the Ukrainian power is to brutal, not answering international standards in the field of human rights, contradicts the charter of the United Nations, the Council of Europe, OSCE and other international organisations which member is Ukraine, to its other international obligations, at all does not answer its claims to become a member of the European Union».
