The Office of Public Prosecutor of Crimea has urged the autonomy government to eliminate infringements of the budgetary legislation at draught on funds on arrangement of repatriates. On it have informed in the press-service of supervising department.

As a result of the conducted check, the Office of Public Prosecutor has established that many objects of construction in progress are not included into financing plans. In total in Crimea have counted 356 not completed structures, building of 290 of them is completely freezed.

In the presence of housing problem of repatriates, every year in the budget the means allocated for acquisition of housing accommodation come back. In 2007 300 thousand hrn have been returned to the budget, in 2009 — more than 200 thousand hrn.

Besides, according to Office of Public Prosecutor, infringements at material aid payment, and also compensatory payments are revealed.

In this connection, supervising department has recommended to the Crimean government to analyse performance of the program of arrangement of repatriates that will allow to establish real housing demands, the land lots, concrete volumes of financing and dates of performance of works.
