As the newspaper «Voice of Crimea» already informed, the meeting of the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych with representatives of the Crimean Tatar people on August, 3rd has taken place. Chairman of Kenesh (Council) of Milli Firka Vasvi Abduraimov, the chairman of Coordination council of political forces of the Crimean Tatar people Hubedin Kurtbedinov, a member of political council Milli Firka Timur Dagdzhi, the representative of the party of Moslems of Ukraine Sadyk Berberov, the vice-premier of the Crimean government Aziz Abdullaev have taken part in it, then still the ex-chairman of Bakhchsarai RSA Ilmi Umerov. On August, 12th, as informs an official site of Presidential Administration, by results of this meeting V.Yanukovych has given commissions to a number of the high-ranking Ukrainian and Crimean officials. We result the message of the press-service of the head of the state completely.

By results of a meeting with representatives of the Crimean Tatar people which has taken place on August, 3rd, the head of the state has given the commission which purpose is the decision of problem questions of arrangement and welfare development of the deported citizens.

In particular, to prime minister Nikolay Azarov it is entrusted to finish till November, 1st of current year taking into account interests of corresponding national communities the bill «About restoration of the rights of the persons deported to a national sign» (it is registered in the Supreme Rada of Ukraine 24.02.10 under №5515) and to submit it for consideration the Supreme Rada.

Should be accelerated and submitting for examination of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine (as till November, 1st of this year) the bill «About the Concept of the state ethnonational policy of Ukraine».

Besides, the head of the government should provide performance in 2010 of the actions provided by the Program of moving and arrangement of deported Crimean Tatars and persons of other nationalities, come back for residing at Ukraine, their adaptation and integration into the Ukrainian society for the period till 2010, confirmed by the decision of the Cabinet of Ukraine from 11.05.06 № 637. This work should be executed till December, 25th of current year.

The president also has charged to the prime minister of Ukraine and head of Sovmin АRC till November, 1st of current year to develop and confirm an order of functioning of the summary register of repatriates and members of their families. Also among urgent problems — working out of the question, concerning transfers to local governments of Autonomous republic Crimea of the earths which are in management of the central authorities and aren’t used on a special-purpose designation, for the further maintenance of citizens, including deported on a national sign, the ground areas for building of individual habitation.

The head of the state also has charged to N.Azarov and V.Dzharty to provide till October, 1st of this year a transparency of the mechanism of allocation of the ground areas to citizens, including deported on a national sign, and till December, 1st, 2010 — to develop the plan of measures on restoration of monuments of culture and history of the Crimean Tatars and representatives of other nationalities deported to a national sign. Besides, to head of Sovmin of Crimea it is entrusted to make till September, 1st of this year when due hereunder offers concerning granting to the Bakhchsarai historical and cultural reserve of the status national.

To head of Control — auditing management P.Andreev the President has charged to inspect till December, 1st of this year use of the means allocated from the State budget of Ukraine and the budget of Autonomous republic Crimea on realization of the Program of moving and arrangement of deported Crimean Tatars and persons of other nationalities, come back for residing at Ukraine, their adaptation and integration into the Ukrainian society for the period till 2010.
