On February, 26th deputies of city council of Simferopol have accepted the Program of arrangement and welfare development of the deported citizens for 2010-2015, carried out at the expense of means of the city budget.
The program is developed on the basis of the decision of the Cabinet of Ukraine from May, 11th, 2006 №637 «About the Program of moving and arrangement of the deported Crimean Tatars and persons of other nationalities who have come back for residing at Ukraine, their adaptation and integration into the Ukrainian community for the period till 2010».
Under the information stated in the Program, in 1989-2009 in Simferopol to constant residing has come back more than 28 thousand earlier deported citizens, about 8 % from total number of townsmen the majority from which compactly live in again formed 10 microdistricts of a city.
Under the Program building till 2015 of three preschool institutions in microdistricts Kamenka, Ak-mosque, Marino, the device of networks of external street illumination in microdistricts of compact residing of the deported citizens in number of 549 fixtures, building of roads of 60 km is provided. Also, expansion of a network of educational institutions and preschool centres with an Ukrainian, Russian and Crimean Tatar training languages, building and repair of athletic fields, medical institutions, objects of culture is planned.
