As of January, 1st, 2011 in Crimea charters of 1379 religious organizations, including 1343 religious communities concerning more than 50 religious faiths, currents, directions and rumors, and also 7 religious steering, 3 religious centers, 6 monasteries, 6 missions, 5 brotherhoods and 9 spiritual educational institutions are registered.

It has been informed in central administrative board of an information policy of Ministerial council ARC.

In 2010 the quantity of the neogenic religious organizations has increased by 13 units (12 religious communities and 1 — the Spiritual center of Moslems of Crimea).
From 12 neogenic religious communities: 7 arrivals of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 2 — Charismatic religious communities (Christians-Protestants), 1 — a Muslim religious community as a part of Spiritual steering of Moslems of Crimea, 1 arrival of Russian Orthodox Old believe Church and 1 religious community of a messianic Judaism.

For the same period the termination of activity of 2 religious communities (under their initiative) is registered, and also refused registration of charters of 6 Muslim religious communities independent in the initial submission, in connection with misfit to their current legislation.
