Though Mustafa Dzhemilev declared that it is time to leave a post of the chairman of Medzhilis, very few people trust him. According to a weekly journal source «the First Crimean», a nominee of the first vice-president of Medzhilis Refat Chubarov actually has no alternative. And the main intrigue will be developed round its election of the first deputies.

Thus delicacy of a situation consists that equal in an environment of the helmsman of a figure, Chubarov, Umerov and Iljasov special love to each other do not flare. Refat Chubarov does not wish to show a card his ambitions and a probable intrigue with deputies.
