On June, 23rd the new action of the Crimean Tatars at a building of Presidential Administration of Ukraine has begun. From Simferopol there has arrived group of Crimeans who have organised the new peace action. Requirements of picketers — to pay attention of the president to an arbitrariness of local authorities and sabotage of presidential initiatives at local level. 
Picketers are assured that annoying incident with a judicial interdiction of the previous action, using absence of the President in Kiev, too zealous employees of protection and not too far-sighted officials of the Kiev city council under which statement the unprecedented decision on the anticonstitutionality of the Kiev district court has been organised have organised. This decision dishonouring Ukraine has received the broadest international publicity and has seriously undermined democratic image of Ukraine in the opinion of world community. 
Participants of the action are full of determination to wait meetings with the president. People wish to inform to Victor Yanukovych the problems and to ask him to take under the personal control the agrarian question decision in Crimea.
Picketers declare: «the Agrarian question — most a thorny question in Crimea. It should be solved. Use of a brute force against participants of the previous action speaks about weakness of the power, about unwillingness of bureaucrats to admit the people to the president».
In support of the Crimean picketers the Kiev Center of protection of human rights has acted also. Having united the requirements, people from Crimea and Kiev have begun the joint termless action in protection of the civil rights of Ukrainians.
On June, 22nd at 12.00 the Crimean active workers together with public organisations «Institute Republic», «the Civil Initiative — Save old Kiev» and «Fund of regional initiatives» have taken part in the action on the Independence Maidan in protection of constitutional laws of citizens of Ukraine.
Apparently, than it is more and the more thoughtlessly the gone too far officials try to limit the rights of Ukrainians, the rally both people more closely, and public organisations, and a situation approaches under the description «tops cannot more and more, and bottoms do not want». Than similar tendencies are fraught — the old story can remind not so.
On June, 23rd the assistant to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Anna Herman has met representatives of public organisation «Аvdet» who spend protest action at walls of Administration of the head of the Ukrainian state. The active worker of glades of the protest Server Bekirov has informed on it.

As he said, Anna Herman has informed participants of the action that the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych «has attentively familiarised with the reference» active workers of the Crimean Tatar people and is ready to promote the decision of agrarian questions in Autonomous republic Crimea.

Thus, Server Bekirov has noticed that the action proceeds in a former mode, and its participants, despite assurances of the President, disperses do not gather.
