The unifying conference on creation of the Crimean Tatar People’s Front will be held on January 28, 2012, at 11.00 in the concert hall of Simferopol Musical College named after P.I. to the leadership of Ukraine — to sign and publish till May 18, 2012 «The Law of Ukraine «On the restoration of the rights and rehabilitation of repressed Crimean-Tatar people»
to Crimean-Tatar people — to convene on May 18, 2012 in the central square of Simferopol the extraordinary people’s meeting with norm of representation — one delegate from each Crimean-Tatar family for deciding of the future of the Crimean-Tatar people.

MEMORANDUM
on the establishment of the Crimean Tatar People’s Front
On December 3,
To achieve the adoption of the Law of Ukraine on the restoration of the rights and rehabilitation of repressed Crimean Tatar people.
In this regard, the Veterans have announced the convening on May 18, 2012 — on the Day of Remembrance of the Genocide of the Crimean Tatar people, the Extraordinary people’s meeting in the central square of Simferopol, and urged all compatriots to delegate to that forum one representative from each Crimean-Tatar familiy for demonstration of the people’s will and determination to uphold their basic national and civil rights.
Many years of selfless struggle of the National Movement of Crimean Tatars for returning to their historical homeland and restoration of the rights of the Crimean Tatar people, had led to the adoption by USSR and the Ukrainian SSR in 1989-1991 the legal acts necessary and sufficient for complete restoration of the rights of repressed Crimean Tatar people and their statehood.
However, the conducted process for the restoration of the rights and the return of Crimean Tatars to their historical homeland, was interrupted in 1991.

WE, the representatives of the Crimean Tatar community, announce the establishment of the Crimean Tatar People’s Front.
Voluntarily and with full awareness of the responsibility for our actions, we commit ourselves to promote the implementation of these initiatives of the Veterans of the National Movement of Crimean Tatars, in accordance with the objectives of individuals and organizations that have signed this Memorandum.
This Memorandum is open for signing by all who actually stands for the complete and unconditional restoration of the rights of Crimean Tatars.
