The son of the head of Medzhlis, People’s Deputy Mustafa Dzhemilev erects a coffee house to territories of the Bakhchsarai palace. The administration of the Bakhchsarai historical and cultural reserve where the palace enters, considers that the coffee house will involve tourists.

As Galina Grzhibovsky has informed the chairman of the commission of the Supreme body of Crimea on science and education, the employee of a palace-museum has addressed to her with the request urgently to interfere with a situation and to come into place.

«In territory of the Persian court yard the platform under building in the size 6 on 8 metres is prepared, on a bayonet the earth is removed. Thus there conduct archeological excavations and all occupation layer, the collected finds — all is buried», — has informed Grzhibovsky.

As she said, the director of the Bakhchsarai historical and cultural reserve Evgenie Petrov has assured of telephone conversation that in territory of a palace building is not conducted. However having learnt that the deputy is on a place, has informed that for attraction of tourists in the Persian court yard decided to put a coffee house. Thus necessary permissions of bodies of protection of a cultural heritage, according to Petrov, are co-ordinated.

«It was found out that the coffee house was planned directly at an input in a mosque, but a mufti was categorically against», — has specified Grzhibovsky.

She has informed that building in monument territory is led by a private businessman Hajser Dzhemilev — the son of the head of Medzhlis, People’s Deputy Mustafa Dzhemilev. On a question Grzhibovsky, on what basis he conducts building, Dzhemilev-junior has referred to oral arrangements with the director of reserve.

«Together with the chief of archaeological expedition we have drawn up the statement under which employees of a museum have subscribed. But anybody from management under the document on a self-system in reserve territory did not put the signature», — Grzhibovsky has noted.

She has informed that intends to direct the corresponding deputy reference to Office of Public Prosecutor of Crimea.

According to the head of the commission, attempt of Medzhlis to give to reserve the status national and to deduce it from republican submission will lead to uncontrolled building of its territory.

«While from Kiev someone will arrive, will react to infringements, — has judged Grzhibovsky. — Moreover the state certificate on the earth is not issued till now».

Let’s remind that in May on the eve of the next anniversary of deportation of the Crimean Tatars president Yanukovych the decree has disposed to consider the problem on granting to the Bakhchsarai state historical and cultural reserve of the status national. It is one of conditions of inclusion of the Bakhchsarai palace in the list of a cultural heritage of UNESCO. Thus any new buildings in palace-museum territory should not be.
