The chairman of the council of ministers of Crimea Vasily Dzharty has signed the order about distribution of duties between the first deputy, vice-presidents and the Minister of the Crimean government.

According to the order, which text the agency e-Crimea has, the first vice-premier Pavel Burlakov will co-ordinate work of Fund of property of Crimea, the Ministry of an agrarian policy, the Department of Fuel and Energy, Republican committee on a water management and irrigated agriculture, Republican state inspection of purchases and quality of agricultural production, Central administrative board of external relations and inter-regional cooperation and the State inspection on supervision of a technical condition of cars and the equipment at Council of Ministers.

Official duties of vice-premiers are distributed as follows. Ekaterina Jurchenko has received patronage of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics of Crimea, also she will be engaged in coordination of financial and economic activity of enforcement authorities.

George Psarev will supervise the Ministry of resorts and tourism, Rescommittee of protection of a surrounding environment, Rescommittee on a wood and hunting economy, Rescommittee on trade and protection of the rights of consumers, Rescommittee on cultural heritage protection, and also capital construction Central administrative board at Council of Ministers.

The Ministry of housing and communal services and the Ministry of an industrial policy of Crimea have got to sphere of the control of Aziz Abdullaev. Tatyana Umrihina has received patronage over the Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Health, the Ministry of culture and arts and Republican committee on affairs of international relations and the deported citizens.

Vitaly Stadnik will supervise the Ministry of a building policy and architecture, and also the Ministry of Labour and social policy of Crimea. Edward Grivkovsky managed the transport and communication Ministry and Rescommittee of affairs of religions.

To Andrey Kozenko have charged the control over the Ministry of family and youth affairs and Rescommittee of physical training and sports, and Jury Kornilovu managed Rescommittee on information and Central administrative board on a material reserve, oboronno-mobilisation work and civil protection of the population.

In sphere of the control of the Minister of Ministerial council of Elena Netetsky the State archive of Crimea and the Crimean centre of retraining and improvement of professional skill of public authorities and local governments are carried. Besides, her duties include maintenance of interaction of Council of Ministres with Management of public service of Central administrative board of public service of Ukraine in Crimea and Sevastopol.

As reported e-Crimea, on March, 19th the Supreme Rada of Crimea has confirmed new structure of Ministerial council and parliament presidium.

The prime minister of Crimea Vasily Dzharty has explained the presence fact in his government of nine vice-premiers political arrangements. According to the official, for effective work he needs no more than five assistants.
