The Savelovsk court of Moscow has appointed to March, 23rd session under the claim of the known producer Bari Alibasov about collecting of 100 million roubles of indemnification that in the publication on one of Internet portals he have been named «Tatar-Kazakh Gastarbeiter», informs RIA Novosti news agency.
On March, 11th the court has held pre-judicial session on which the parties have passed an opinion of claim requirements.
On a site kapital-grupp.com which owner is Open Company «Capital of Groups», the information which, according to the claimant, does not represent the facts, moreover, has been published discredits his honour, advantage and business reputation.
The representative of the claimant lawyer Sergey Zhorin has informed on Thursday during session that in the claim Alibasov asks to publish spread information refutation, and also to compensate to him of 100 million roubles of mental cruelty.
The respondent at session has told that the given information published on a site, is private opinion of the company and, according to the Civil code of the Russian Federation, should not pass check on conformity of the validity.
Alibasov has informed earlier RIA Novosti news agency that the portal was found out by Zhorin. And now, according to the musician, the Internet page does not open at all.
«We had been asking them for two months (representatives of a site) simply to remov this material. We have snatched not at once. But they refused, referred to the rights of a freedom of speech and so on», — Alibasov has noted.
Also he has complained that article placed on a site, has offended even not him personally, but «the whole peoples».
«I have been called» Tatar-Kazakh Gastarbeiter «, and it is the ignorance adjoining on full madness. The history of our peoples is inseparable. It is ridiculous — to name gostarbeiter practically indigenous population of Russia», — Alibasov has noted.

The reasonable person understands that interethnic conflicts can badly end. For example, the Yakuts which earth stores the richest deposits of diamonds, gold, oil, gas, will not want to see Russian gastarbeiters at their territory. The people of Ural Mountains and Polar regions, successors of samodiysk groups of the people occupying this territory more of 6 thousand of years, will want to expel the fluent «Cossack» prisoners who have appeared here only 400 years ago. Not one generation indefatigably derives the inspiration from Moscow. Poets, writers, musicians, artists, architects, public figures, and in general noble people. But if to be consecutive, ignoble too are much inspired by Moscow.
If we want, Moscow to remain the centre of gravity not only persons, but also the people occupying Russia, it is necessary to be accurater with a mention of national identity. It is not necessary to add fuel to the fire and provoke a Big Bang.
Many years I suffered the most different mucks concerning myself and group NA-NA in mass-media and the Internet. Since 1999 I have ceased to read newspapers, to listen to radio and to watch TV. But I cannot forbid myself pleasure from dialogue with the Internet. It is good that we have in the country professional lawyer and legal associations began to arise. Last years and I had a possibility thanks to fine lawyer Sergey Zhorin, to defend the rights, honour and advantage. And at last, without coming off favourite business, I can protect myself from insults, lie and a lawlessness on the Internet. I do not want, as the Pug, to yelp from a gate on everyone’s comment. With the lawyer I feel myself as a person.
