Change of the speaker of parliament of Crimea is appointed to the next Friday, has declared in Simferopol to journalists new acting Head of local «regionals» Vladimir Konstantinov.

«I have combined powers of the president of the company (« the Console ») on Friday. On Saturday I have been presented as the acting head of the Crimean branch RP. The decision of political council of fraction and party recommended me for a post of the speaker. Now I am in such role. At the nearest session there will be a voting about my appointment to the post of the speaker. Most likely, session will take place on Friday this week», — he has told.

«There is no any inner-party conflict. There is a shift of forces to Party of Regions. It is normal natural process. It will mention all regions of Ukraine. The Party of Regions has come to power. There is a lot of work, will suffice all», — has assured Konstantins.

«The problem not in contradictions, but in results of work which really exsist today. If it was good today, probably, there would be no problems in parliament, and shift would be not necessary. Therefore the party searches for new forms and methods to break from that hole in which all of us together with you have appeared», — at the same time, he has noted.

After change of a management of parliament of Crimea changes and in the autonomy government approach, Vladimir Konstantinov has declared.

«This question will dare at fractions. This question will dare on the coordination agreement. I think, naturally, government updating» is also necessary, — he has told.

At the desire of journalists Konstantinov also has commented on data that change of party leadership of Regions in Crimea is connected by that recently in Victor Yanukovych’s environment the group of oligarch Dmitry Firtash has amplified, and Rinat Ahmetov’s group Rinata is removed on the second plan.

«It is not necessary to attach it significance. There are no contradictions. There is a group of the president, and now everybody work on it. It is necessary to do all so that as a whole the program« Ukraine for people »has been realised. These are all ideas attributed by one clan, these are exaggerations very serious, distortions.
