It is not excluded that Ilmi Umerov earlier holding this post can be appointed to a post of the head of the Bakhchsarai district state administration. It was declared by the Constant Representative of the President of Ukraine in АRC Sergey Kunitsyn at a briefing in Simferopol on July, 13th.
«Clearing of Umerov of a post does not mean that he does not have possibility to be appointed», — Sergey Kunitsyn has told. Also has reminded that there is an order when with arrival of the new president all heads RSA and DSA leave.
Sergey Kunitsyn has underlined that dismissal in this case is natural process and what decision of the president will be, it becomes known «in the foreseeable future» as the area cannot be long time without the head. Thus Sergey Kunitsyn has specified that did not co-ordinate a nominee of Sejtumer Nimetullaev on the specified post.
As informed КIA, on July, 7th the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has dismissed Ilmi Umerov from a post of the head of the Bakhchsarai district state administration.
Thus mass-media have informed that the head of Genichesky regional council (the Kherson area) Sejtumer Nimetullaev has declared the purpose by the head Bakhchsarai DSA.
