Medzhlis perceives the Islamic political organisation «Hizb-ut-Tahrir» as strong contenders. It in interview to the «Event» weekly journal was declared by the president of the Kiev Center of Near-Eastern researches Alexander Bogomolov.
By estimations of the Center of Near-Eastern researches, for today there are more two hundreds persons of supporters of «Hizb-ut Tahrir».
«There are still interested and sympathising together with whom it will be typed about thousand persons. Here and all their aura, all human resource», — Bogomolov has noted, having added that yet does not see real danger from their party.
Meanwhile, he has noticed that activity of «Hizb-ut Tahrir» nevertheless causes a number of risks is, basically, increase of level of aggression in a society.
According to Bogomolov, World halifat — the analogue of communism, a certain stimulus for those who can believe in it. However the purposes of supporters of «Hizb-ut Tahrir» quite terrestrial, they «already became the real, notable opponent to Medzhlis».
«At least, representatives of Medzhlis perceive them as serious threat. And it means that they have already earned authority at a certain part of the population, and the authority is the power», — Bogomolov considers.
