The chairman of the council of ministers АRC Vasily Dzharty has prepared the letter addressed to head of Medzhlis of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev with the requirement to release sites autocratically grasped by the Crimean Tatars. The Crimean prime minister has informed on it on air of STRC»Crimea».
«I have prepared the letter, I will officially direct Dzhemilev that independently self-captures have started to assort and release these territories. We have no another variant», — he has told.
Dzharty has noticed that at a meeting with Council of representatives of the Crimean Tatars at the president will necessarily bring up a question of self-captures.
«We can’t develop today territory, we can’t speak today about general layouts when there is that we see», — the prime minister has told.
On a question on, whether in the power of Dzhemilev to clear Crimea from Crimean Tatar self-captures, Dzharty has answered: «I am assured, yes. Because all the rest is a game, when it is not «he» it is «somebody» «others»etc.».
He has underlined that the power will find a mode to legalize those self-captures where houses are already constructed and children were born.
«And those who need the earth, after all we have agreed that all of us citizens of Ukraine, are the law. You want to be under construction — address, please, according to the law, to you allocate the ground area and be under construction», — Dzharty has told.
The day before Vasily Dzharty, making comments on voting of parliament of the country by the law on improvement of steering by the autonomy earths, has informed journalists: «There are inside deputies, including in Party of Regions who for certain has interests at Autonomous republic Crimea coast. They wouldn’t like, knowing my position, to agree with me because with me it will be impossible to agree», — summarized V.Dzharty.
Thus the head of the government of an autonomy has added that intends to find out, who from deputies of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine voted against the given bill. «I openly speak: I will find out, who didn’t vote, that publicly about it to tell, not what buttons pressed in their absence, and those who was against», — the politician has assured.
At the same time V.Dzharty has expressed confidence that the modifed project will be accepted. «I publicly say that it, this law, will pass, separate unfortunate deputies as though didn’t try to put a sideboard», — the Crimean prime minister has concluded.
In turn the Constant Representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea Vladimir Jatsuba has shared V.Dzharty’s position and has noticed that bill sending on completion is the proof of «property distribution». «In Ukraine there was an earth, in Crimea it always was expensive, always was valuable», — has expressed his opinion.
As it was informed in mass-media, on January, 13th, the Supreme Rada of Ukraine has sent on completion the bill «About modification of some acts of Ukraine about improvement of steering by the earths in territory АRC» which provided expansion of powers of Ministerial council in sphere of ground relations and strengthened function of control over the order and use of the ground of ARC
