The president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has charged to the prime minister of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov and the prime minister of Autonomous republic Crimea Vasiliju Dzharty to take all necessary measures for arrangement of repatriates — the Crimean Tatars and representatives of other nationalities, — their adaptation and integration into the Ukrainian society. The press-service of the head of the state informs on it.

To the country government it is entrusted to provide till December, 25th of current year program performance on moving and arrangement before the deported Crimean Tatars and persons of other nationalities who have returned to Ukraine.

Victor Yanukovych also has charged a premiere of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov and the chairman of the council of ministers АRC Vasily Dzharty till October, 1st to provide a transparency of allocation of the earth to citizens, including repatriates.

The president of Ukraine considers necessary to pass local governments ARC of the earth which are in management of the central authorities and aren’t used on a special-purpose designation.

As noticed in the press-service, these earths will be intended for citizens, including before deported on a national sign, for building of individual habitation.

According to the press-service, the president also has charged to the prime minister of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov and the chairman of the council of ministers АRC Vasily Dzharty till November, 1st to develop and confirm an order of functioning of the summary register of repatriates and members of their families.

In the press-service have added that Victor Yanukovych has charged to head of auditing management Peter Andreev till December, 1st to inspect use of the means allocated from the State budget of Ukraine and the budget of Crimea on realization of the Program of moving and arrangement of repatriates, their adaptation and integration into the Ukrainian society on the period till 2010.

Besides, to the prime minister of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov it is entrusted to finish till November, 1st of current year taking into account interests of corresponding national communities the bill «About restoration of the rights of the persons deported to a national sign» and to submit it for consideration the Supreme Rada of Ukraine.

In the press-service have added that also should be accelerated and till November, 1st the bill «About the Concept of the state ethnonational policy of Ukraine» is submitted for consideration parliament.

The president has charged to develop also till December, 1st the plan of measures on restoration of monuments of history and culture of the Crimean Tatars, representatives of other nationalities deported to a national sign.

In the press-service have added that it is entrusted to Vasily Dzharty to make till September, 1st the offer on granting to the Bakhchsarai historical and cultural reserve the status of national.

In the press-service have specified that these decisions have been accepted following the results of Yanukovych’s meeting with representatives of the Crimean Tatars which has taken place on August, 3rd. It is necessary to notice that Medzhlis has ignored a meeting with the president. At a meeting Yanukovych has acted with criticism of such decision of Medzhlis, having compared it to «political outcasts» who don’t agree with any power without dependence that it offers.

Let’s remind, on August, 3rd in Simferopol the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has held a meeting with representatives of the Crimean Tatars. Two representatives of People party Milli Firka Vasvi Abduraimov and Timur Dagdzhi participated in this meeting.
