Deputies of Supreme Rada ARC have addressed to People’s Deputies with the request to approve the bill «About modification of point 4 of section V»Final provisions»of the Law of Ukraine« About immigration ». Such decision is accepted at plenary session of parliament of an autonomy on June, 16th. The given decision was supported by 77 members of parliament from 96 voting.
In particular, the Crimean members of parliament suggest to add final provisions of the law with the paragraphs providing the right of unobstructed immigration of persons which in 1941-1944 have been deported from places of constant residing to a national sign (the Crimean Tatars, Armenians, Bulgarians, Greeks, Germans and persons of other nationalities).
Besides, the right to immigration is received subjected to repression which in the subsequent have been rehabilitated, and also by members of their families and descendants who come back to a constant residence to Ukraine.
Deputies believe that bill acceptance will allow to defuse tensions existing in a society and to provide unobstructed entrance on territory of Ukraine of the deported citizens to an ethnic sign and before the subjected to repression persons.
