On February, 17th in Simferopol have passed the first ground auctions in an autonomy. On auction two prizes have been exposed. Both ground areas are located in Yalta, behind borders of settlements Gurzufsky rura council. Remoteness of sites from a line makes 50 m, from Black sea — 1600 m. Thus a special-purpose designation of this earth — building and service of object of recreational appointment.

So, the prize № 1 represented the ground area the area of 0,75 hectares with the starting price 207 025,03 UAH, a prize № 2 — a site of 2,43 hectares which starting price has made 670 761,1 UAH.

Auction has spent the Crimean state branch of the State enterprise «Center of the State ground cadastre», having the corresponding license.

During the auctions the prize № 1 has been bought for 707 thousand 400 UAH, a prize № 2 — for 2 million 414 thousand 700 UAH. Both sites were got by one buyer. In total for purchase of each site struggled on 3 participants of auction.

As the vice-president of Ministerial council — the minister of resorts and tourism АRC George Psarev has informed journalists, the large building holding (Kiev) became the buyer.

Thus the representative of the company-buyer Anton Shalev has noticed that is happy with the price and considers its adequate, but not underestimated. It represented which company, Anton Shalev to journalists and hasn’t told.

Anton Shalev has underlined that carrying out of auctions simplifies procedure of acquisition and registration of the earth for investors, and also is the effective gear of attraction of money resources in budgets.

«It is possible quickly, it is transparent enough, without running on instances, without receiving refusals any to win auction and then to conclude the contract of purchase and sale of the ground area. <…> the state, hardly is more diligent than the seller, than and will think up. Because, when you get at the private person nuances which are concealed by sellers» are possible, — Anton Shalev has told.

Let’s remind, for today the Ministerial council of Crimea has generated the list from 56 ground areas which will be exposed on auctions (a total area about 760 hectares). Ministerial council ARC decision «About some questions of preparation for carrying out of the ground auctions» confirms land management projects on 15 sites (3 more projects are confirmed earlier).

The means obtained at ground auction in Crimea, will go on region development. On it to journalists was informed by the vice-president of Ministerial council — the minister of resorts and tourism АRC George Psarev in Simferopol on February, 17th.

George Psarev has specified that 35 % of means from today’s land selling will arrive in the republic budget, 55 % — in the budget Gurzufsky rura council and 10 % — in the State budget. «Certainly, on development <…> money will go», — George Psarev has assured.

Thus George Psarev doesn’t consider that the earth at the first auction in an autonomy has been sold cheaply. In particular, answering a question of the journalist: whether «have sold too cheap» during the auctions, George Psarev has told: «I think that wasn’t present. <…> To following auction, I think that will be more already participants. And there are more than prizes ».

But while it is not known, when in Crimea will pass the second ground auction.

This year in Crimea from land selling it is planned to receive about 30 million UAH. George Psarev has specified that means are supposed to be helped not only from land selling at auctions. «The matter is that there is a land selling and under objects of real estate. It also land selling in settlements», — was explained by George Psarev.

Ground auctions it is planned to spend and in other cities of Crimea. George Psarev considers that land selling and the rights of rent of sites at auction will allow to develop peninsula settlements.

«We have registered an order for the local governments, the next week — we will hold the big meeting on a question that both in settlements, and in cities where it is possible, the commissions will be created, to be allocated the ground areas and subsequently to be spent auctions», — George Psarev has told.
