Ukraine Has No Money for the Crimean Tatars

The Supreme Rada of Ukraine has sharply reduced financing of the Program of moving and arrangement of the Crimean Tatars and other people deported to a national sign. The reason banal — no money in treasury. The chairman of Republican committee ARC on affairs of international relations and the deported citizens Edem Dudakov has informed on it.

The given decision was accepted on July, 9th at modification of the State budget of Ukraine for 2010.

«Including, and our program which provided a 42.9 million order hrn., it was completely nulled. From that sum which has arrived in June — 8 million hrn. — for a capital investment it is spent a 6 million order hrn. Accordingly, all representations of Management of capital construction are closed, and calculations, and money which remained on an abacus are brought, most likely, will be returned in the budget» — declares Edem Dudakov.

Thus, for the first time for last 15 years this year on the Program of moving and arrangement of the Crimean Tatars and other people deported to a national sign, it will not be provided absolutely any means. As a result, 20 km of water supply, 16 km of gas, and also 7 km of an electrical supply will not be handed over an order of 140 apartments, 10 cottages.

«For the government of Crimea the decision on financing reduction was unexpected», — Dudakov has noted, having added that a unique exit from this situation he sees in assignment for the arrangement Program at session of Supreme Rada ARC which is expected in September. «Therefore to speak about efficiency of financing this year it is very difficult», — head of Reskomnats has concluded.
