When the government has started real actions under the agrarian question decision in Crimea, the reactionary forces interested in preservation of intensity on peninsula, have started to use actively the dirtiest technologies of destabilization of the Crimean multinational community. One of forms of these dirty technologies — carrying out so-called «alternative meetings» ostensibly on behalf of glades of the protest and acceptance at these meetings of the decisions which do not have something in common with true requirements of participants of glades of the protest. At these meetings attempts to discredit true leaders of glades of the protest by distribution of false hearings and unreasonable charges become. The purpose of this discredit is interception of a management by glades of the protest for their further use in the mercenary purposes. The decisions accepted at these meetings, invariably underline fidelity to Medzhlis and a full recognition of its supervising role in the agrarian question decision.

This form has started to be used actively by a management of a Medzlis for split of multinational structure of glades of the protest on monoethnic groups resisting each other. Thereby, Medzhlis management, pursuing personal mercenary interests, promotes pumping in Crimea to international intensity and transforms the agrarian question decision in a political plane. The similar technology is used for a long time by a management of a Majlis for political blackmail and the statement of illegal monopoly of Medzhlis in ground sphere of Crimea.

Tens cases when on allocated to Medzhlis under the Tatar cultural centers the earths there are hotels or other profitable institutions which are not belonging to Tatars are described. Hundreds the hectares, officially allocated to Medzhlis under building to the Crimean Tatars, are built up and occupied at all Tatars. Moreover. In territories of many former self-captures organized under patronage of Medzhlis, today also there are not Tatar structures, hotels and boarding houses.

Thus, speculating on tragedy of the Crimean Tatar people, the Medzhlis management has earned fabulous profits, trading in the earth allocated for repatriates through intermediary of Medzhlis. Also wants to continue to earn.

Didn’t become an exception and a glade of the protest «Dubki» — the greatest glade of the protest in Crimea.

We bring to the notice of the public that for February, 19th, 2011 at ten o’clock mornings Medzhlis management appoints carrying out so-called «alternative meeting» to territories of a glade of the protest «Dubki» under the direction of M.Dzhemilev and R.Chubarov. People specially prepared by Medzhlis will participate in this meeting — not the present participants of a glade of the protest. The purpose of this fictitious meeting is, as well as in all similar cases, decision-making — ostensibly on behalf of a glade of the protest «Dubki» — about full submission to Medzhlis and formation of false lists of participants of a glade of the protest «Dubki».

We openly declare that carrying out of the given meeting is provocation. The multinational structure of a glade of the protest «Dubki» strongly objects against participation of a management of Medzhlis as the intermediary in the agrarian question decision as the management of Medzhlis has no relation to national glades of the protest.

The management of Medzhlis in the name of M.Dzhemilev and R.Chubarov was and remains the mercenary intermediary between the people and the power. The intermediary which existence is unprofitable neither to the people, nor the power. Active actions of Medzhlis on situation destabilization on protest glades, frank falsification of national meetings and drawing up of false lists — on what protest glades already notified the government and the press — direct acknowledgement of a destructive role of Medzhlis in the agrarian question decision.

For a preservation of peace and stability on the Crimean peninsula it is necessary, that the governments has taken necessary measures on the termination of destructive actions of a management of Medzhlis on national glades of the protest.
