In our people there was a tradition to speak much, without listening to the interlocutor, to hear only itself that leads to that we do not find things in common in polemic and we start to criticise, accuse, search «whipping boys».

In article «Let there will be an opposition, but not interannihilational», published in the newspaper «Voice of Crimea» № 50 from December, 11th, 2009 authors of article — veterans of national movement correctly write that it is necessary to begin with itself.

To you too, dear veterans, it would be necessary to begin with yourself. Because our people have one more tradition — to live past, hoping for the last merits and, practically having departed from participation in national movement, from outside to criticise others who try, on force of the possibilities, to participate and benefit in people struggle for the rights.

To you, dear authors, it would be necessary to tell at first, than now be engaged, what contribution bring in the questions, concerning destinies of our people.

Now remains active participants of national movement who try to participate to this day a little, entering into various public organisations, to bring the feasible contribution to restoration of the rights and freedom of the Crimean Tatar people. Many former participants were discharged of movement owing to absence of the health, many were engaged in the device of the life, many were disappointed in activity of Milli Medzhlis and other public organisations.

Look at structure of delegates of Kurultaj and Medzhlis. Whether much you will find there veterans of national movement whom, without being sorry for forces, health and time, without being afraid of arrests, reprisals, actively participated in national movement? This colour of our nation, people, grown wise struggle experience, have practically appeared on a roadside of an active political life.

When II Kurultaj of the Crimean Tatar people was convoked, many active workers of national movement have been selected by delegates of Kurultaj and Medzhlis were a part. Unfortunately, many have left, some have compelled to leave.

On one of meetings in «Namus» M.Dzhemilev and R.Chubarov had made the proposal to create the Sanhedrim from veterans of national movement in Medzhlis . On what heads of Medzhlis have not reacted in any way.

One of authors of article, Fikret Halilov was the delegate of many convocations of Kurultaj. I would like to know, what has he as delegate of Kurultaja made for these years for the decision of the rights and people freedom, and what particularly does now?

As it is known, on II Kurultaj the Declaration on the sovereignty of the Crimean Tatar people, in many respects thanks to efforts of active participants and veterans of national movement who always were guided in the activity by the Order of the Crimean Tatar people has been accepted.

For 18 years of work of Milli Medzhlis, all system of bodies of national self-management any of points of these two fundamental national documents and has not been executed. And already ex-president Victor Yushchenko even has demanded from leaders of Milli Medzhlis to refuse requirement to restore statehood.

Reflect, expensive authors why so it has turned out and why there are various organisations and currents, and whether presents in it fault of heads of Medzhlis? You reproach me that my personal ambitions have got the best and consequently I have not got into gear of Milli Medzhlis.

It would be desirable to tell you that I havd never suffered ambitions and did not try to make any career, participating in national movement. I have moved to Crimea in 2004, being the citizen of Russia, therefore, if I even have very much wanted, anybody would not choose me in structure of Kurultaj and Medzhlis. For by existing position only citizens of Ukraine there can be selected and select. This position to many compatriots, citizens of other countries had been closed a way to system Kurultaj-Medzhlis.

Therefore I have got into gear Sanhedrim «Namus» where basically people of the senior generation, born in Crimea, sent with all people in 1944 the worried illnesses, hunger, the commandant’s arbitrariness, joined in the national movement, the arrests which have tested, camp, excess of a totalitarian mode and come back in Crimea gathered. The charter, the program and activity of this organisation quite suit me, and I at all am sorry about the choice. It would be desirable to tell that members of «Namus» despite solid age and various illnesses tormenting them, lead the big work for the public good.

During a finding of our people in dispatch places, were people from among officials, workers of party bodies, intelligency who did not participate in national movement much. Were among them and those who actively urged the people to move in Mubarek, Dzhizak where, ostensibly, the Crimean tatar people will receive an autonomy and will take roots, following instructions «Parties and the Governments». These officials and party heads left for work in those regions of Uzbekistan, however on returning to Crimea, by hook or by crook tried to get and have got to structure of Kurultaj and Medzhlis. And now they give out themselves for veterans of national movement. Certainly, M.Dzhemilev is very necessary to such people, therefore they do not wish to release him from a post of the chairman for it is comfortable under his wing, always to be in the public eye and, practically, do nothing, and work will wait, anywhere on will escape. In one of articles of Ali Ozenbash wrote that from 33 members of Medzhlis 9-10 persons work. What for to hold such workers, it is necessary to get rid of them.

I would like to remind authors of article that, doing nothing, and criticise others is the simple task. And here to join in the affairs benefiting the peopleis difficult, for the will and the most important thing, love to the people and responsibility for its destiny.

In this connection I would like to acquaint you with Sanhedrim «Namus» activity.

Active work of «Namus» has led, participating in the action «Azatlyk», having risen on protection of illegally condemned children. The action «Azatlyk» was spent across all Crimea, however, unfortunately, Medzhlis did not join in this action and even interfered with carrying out of actions.

Other company which was supported by «Namus» and it is active in it participated was a campaign for petition under the reference in the United Nations and all European organisations with the request to help to restore the rights of the Crimean Tatar people and to return the plundered property. It has been collected 25 thousand signatures. And this campaign has been broken by Medzhlis on ridiculous motive that such actions need to be spent with the permission of Kurultaj. For some reason on Kurultaj this question has not been placed for consideration. If this company has been continued and there would be gathered 100 thousand signatures, it would be possible to prove in the international court that the certificate of eviction and a robbery of all people is a genocide.

It would be desirable to tell here and some words about the commission on a genocide, Kurultaj created by the decision. In the commission report on Kurultaj it has been told that this commission has been created at the initiative of Refat Chubarov and Gulnara Bekirova. Though all know that the initiator of creation of this commission is Timur Dagdzhi. He has collected group of scientists and economists which have counted up all damage put to the Crimean Tatar people by eviction and its deduction in places of dispatch. Timur aha has with great difficulty achieved inclusion of this question in the agenda of Kurultaj. However, unfortunately, it has been compelled to leave this commission because of sabotage in work from outside managements of Milli Medzhlis.

The materials collected by group of T.Dagdzhi, was quite enough to prove a genocide in the relation of the Crimean Tatar people. After T.Dagdzhi’s leaving from commission Elvedin Chubarov has declared: «to prove that in the relation of the Crimean Tatar people the genocide has been made, is necessary a year, and even decades…». If to stretch this business for decades its need will disappear to prove that the genocide over our people has once been made.

Gathering of the memoirs sent from Crimea of compatriots, it was necessary to begin 20 years ago, now it is a scanty quantity of such people… And for the proof of a genocide there are enough documents of national movement fastened in millions of signatures which are in the state archives of Russia and Ukraine. It is necessary to achieve simply that these archives have been declassified.

Our organisation constantly directs references to the President, state structures, to the State Office of Public Prosecutor concerning vandalism on Crimean Tatar cemeteries, concerning excesses and a lawlessness of law enforcement bodies on Ai-petri, street Balaklavsky, on self-returns and an illegal barbarous attack on peace. M.Hairov’s family, armed cap-á-pie, group «Berkut» therefore, all family and M.Hairov has suffered remained without a hand, the invalid on all life. Now passes litigation on this business where judicial bodies try to screen the basic originators of this brutal attack, and the received trauma to carry to the household.

For all time of proceeding of any member of Medzhlis was not on this court though this process concerns not only M.Hairov, and all the Crimean Tatar people. After all our people now are in the homeland defenceless before an arbitrariness of law enforcement bodies to an ethnic sign.

It would be advisable to Medzhlis to develop together with public organisations the protection concept of Crimean Tatar families.

It is necessary to be surprised to indifference and a divergence of compatriots. There is a court over innocently suffered Crimean Tatar who as a result of an arbitrariness became the invalid, and on court from representatives of the people, veterans of national movement are not present anybody. Really we became before stale and callous, what we can not gather before a building of court and demand the fair decision? And after all there was time when in the conditions of totalitarianism of a mode we collected hundreds and thousand people when there were litigations over sons of the people.

And you, dear veterans, authors of article, somebody from you has taken an interest in a litigation course? You very well know the brother of victim Izzet Hairov and even mention his name in the article.

From activity of «Namus» it would be desirable to notice also that the Sanhedrim last year has addressed to all Presidents of the CIS countries, signed the Bishkek agreements with the request to come back to a rendering assistance question to the deported people. The initiative «Namus» was supported also by Medzhlis, having directed to this year to country leaders of the CIS which have gathered for the summit in Yalta, the reference similar to ours.

One more of initiatives «Namusa» is work with children-orphans deprived of the parental rights, brought up in boarding schools of Crimea. According to the Ministry of Education in boarding schools 960 persons, from this quantity of the Crimean Tatars are brought up, more than 200 people In specialised boarding schools are brought up children with an arrest of development, mentally retarded, sick of a tuberculosis, an asthma, suffer illnesses cardiovascular systems, etc.

It is sad that after куегктштп home, among the Crimean Tatars there were parents deprived of the rights to children. These parents-drunkards, addicts, etc.

Such phenomenon — a shame for our people. In days of dispatch when the people died families, nobody threw the children and parents. And now even there are people who bring the old parents by cars to houses-boarding schools and leave them there. What is it as not degradation, the brutal relation to the relatives and cynicism?

«Namus» closely are engaged in these children. With the press of Nariman Dzheljal has reproached me that he is not engaged in such children. It would be desirable to ask N.Dzheljal: «and you consider, that Medzhlis should not be engaged in such children?

Now these children are almost lost for our people. Perhaps, you, dear N.Dzheljal, consider that Medzhlis, delegates of Kurultaj is no time to be engaged in «such trifles». That there are global questions — presidential elections?

Now some words would be desirable to tell about the National meeting of the Crimean Tatars which have passed in Sudak on October, 4th of last year. As I know, to this meeting have been personally invited both M.Dzhemilev and U.Chubarov and mufti E. Ablaev.

Occasion of convocation of this meeting, it seems to me, there was not an initiative to be allocated «not to quite successful politicians», and created conditions because for 18 years of existence of system Kurultaj-Medzhlis before the Ukrainian state and the International organisations the question of principle about statehood, about full-scale rehabilitation, about a genocide, about the status of the radical people, about compensation of the damage suffered by the people as a result of eviction and decades of its deduction in places of dispatch was not put.

Yes, Medzhlis works over the arrangement, deported, acquaintance of world community with position of the Crimean Tatars, presidential election, we convoke the World congress, but into this activity for some reason do not enter the decision of the global questions, concerning all people. Therefore also there are various organisations, parties and currents which search for ways of the decision of these questions. It is a pity that Medzhlis does not wish to contact to these organisations.

When I said that it is necessary to do, I meant, that political forces, representatives of all organisations have sat down for a round table and would discuss a circle of the global questions which decision will help to the Crimean Tatar people to revive and become owners on the earth of the ancestors.

You ask me and who all should do it? I will answer you: we do, in process of the forces and possibilities. And what you do?

It is time to throw all insults and ambitions and all to sit down for a round table as equal partners to try to find a correct way out of the created deadlock. Only so it will be possible, having left from insults, hanging labels, without allocating merits, ranks and ranks, respecting each other, listening to criticism and statements, to break the deadlock, in which all of us have appeared.
