Mass-media have informed that the group of foreign scientists and politicians has put forward chairman Milli Medzhlis Mustafa Dzhemilev on a world Nobel Prize. Similar offers and were exaggerated earlier in a press. This initiative I consider unreasonable and absurd inherently.

I will remind that on October, 4th, 2009 in Sudak participants of National meeting have branded present guides of Medzhlis M.Dzhemilev and R.Chubarov as the figures who have betrayed interests of the Crimean Tatar people. However, this conclusion, in my opinion, has been made then insufficiently soundly, unsubstantially. Therefore it is necessary to estimate, M.Dzhemilev’s acts in Crimean Tatar public life are how much powerful, to define his place and a role in national movement. To state an objective estimation of his activity, it is necessary to glance in the past of our national movement.

The cores, ideas of movement are displayed in people References in the supreme bodies of the power of the USSR. National movement was really democratic. Initiative groups were created in the place of residence of the Crimean Tatars, in the decisions and actions they were independent. They were united by national idea — full political rehabilitation of the Crimean Tatar people which basic points were:

— The organized returning to the Native land to Crimea;
— Compact moving in places of historical residing;
— Restoration of statehood in the form of an autonomy.

Leaders and officially marked heads in national movement weren’t. The overwhelming majority of initiators were fair, highly moral, disinterested patriots. Among them the intellectuals recognized as the people — proof, basic thinkers were looked through. For example, Bekir Osmanov, Dzheppar Akimov and others. The organizations as that, weren’t, there was a self-organization of participants. Tolerance inherent in our people and nonviolent methods of struggle was strictly observed.

Only such form of organization of national movement also could resist to the totalitarian state. It allowed to avoid to anybody unnecessary arrests or payoff attempts from outside special bodies. Retaliatory system in struggle with the Crimean Tatar people before what didn’t stop, trying to paralyse accruing national movement.

Other, very important factor was that was initially categorically rejected, — possibility of an establishment for our people in Crimea of institute of a cultural autonomy.

I know M.Dzhemilev since 1964. My first acquaintance to him has occurred in the Tashkent library of a name of Alisher Navoi in department of rare books. He lived with the brother Asan Dzhemilev in Riza Jusupov’s house about the Turkmen market. In a youth of Mustafa Dzhemilev was engaged in history of Crimea, well committed the thoughts to paper, freely owned the Arabian drawing.

It had been made the list of journal articles about Crimea, published. As he said, ру borrowed this list from Marat Omerov condemned for 4 years of camps for attempt of creation of the youth organization in 1962.

The first court over M.Dzhemilev has taken place in the mid-sixties. Then he was judged for evasion from service in army. Essentially without wishing to serve in the Soviet army, he has laid down on operation on removal, ostensibly, the inflamed appendicitis, but after recover he has again called up for military service. He has been condemned for repeated refusal of service.

M.Dzhemilev’s behavior contradicted principles of our national movement which didn’t discuss the operating Constitution in which it has been told that the service in army is a holy duty of each citizen. Crimean Tatar national movement condemned infringements of articles of the Constitution of the USSR from the state structures violently keeping on places of the reference of the deprived all rights of the Crimean Tatars, subjecting the people to a genocide and the violent assimilation, violently moved of Crimea the Crimean Tatar people, liquidating its statehood. In it also there was a force of our national movement for it was truth, the fact. Life then has already shown that attempt of creation of the organization of youth in Tashkent law enforcement bodies has been regarded as contradicting laws in force and has come to the end with full defeat not in time still to be generated and start to operate the organizations.

M.Dzhemilev in national movement had further no practical participation and influence. On the contrary, signs of countersteering to main principles of movement, national idea have gradually started to be shown.

In the late sixties National movement has addressed to the higher authority with condemnation of ten judicial farces-processes over the Crimean Tatars for participation in national movement. It was the material stated in sustained tones, fastened by signatures of our compatriots. Mustafa Dzhemilev has autocratically changed that material, having made its incorrectly sharp. That was time when he has approached with separate dissidents who couldn’t understand and comprehend principles of our movement deeply. Founders of national movement were afraid of submission to his alien influence, able to change or belittle a primary democratic orientation of initiatives of the people.

In second half 1980th years at the initiative of M.Dzhemilev the Central Initiative group (CIG) has been formed. On a plan rallying of them for strengthening of pressure upon authorities, ostensibly, was provided. Actually democratic character and the principle of horizontal communications put initially between initiative groups were broken. Creation CIG generated vertical communication and, as consequence, — possibility of strengthening of dictatorship of the separate person. Creation in 1991 of not constituted Medzhlis named a representative body of the Crimean Tatar people became development of this idea.

In the early eighties, after the next exile me from Crimea, in the house of the oldest figure of Crimean Tatar national movement of Mustafa Halilov I was present at Tashkent at his conversation with Mustafa Dzhemilev who praised highly the program «Bunda» — the pre-revolutionary Jewish political organization about a cultural autonomy. Jews in the Russian empire had no primordial territory, therefore they couldn’t engage point on statehood creation in the program. For the Crimean Tatar people who are the radical people not only Crimea, but also all Northern Black Sea Coast and throughout millenia having here the statehood, the program of a cultural-national autonomy was unacceptable. Further, introduced in our national movement, having very reliable «roof» and very well-founded patrons, M.Dzhemilev began to put methodically, systematically this idea rejected by our people into practice. His statement in «Comments» (1988) where he with might and main advertizes the program of the cultural-national autonomy giving to citizens the right of reception of formation in a native language is indicative in this plane, to have theater, libraries, school establishments, museums, public associations and to that similar elements of this institution.

On October, 18th, 1921 In Crimea the statehood of the Crimean Tatars in the form of an autonomy as a part of RSFSR, liquidated in 1945 after violent eviction of the Crimean Tatars from Crimea has been created. The declaration of the Supreme body of the USSR from November, 14th, 1989 «About a recognition illegal and criminal repressive certificates against the people, exposed to violent resettlement and maintenance of their rights» recognized reprisals against the people as a crime. The decision of the Supreme body of the USSR from November, 28th, 1989 «About conclusions and offers of the commissions on problems of the Soviet Germans and the Crimean Tatar people» has created legal base for a practical solution of a problem. Gennady Janaev and Vitaly Doguzhiev’s state commissions have developed the returning gear of the Crimean Tatar people on the historical Native land.

But the local authorities desperately counteracted forthcoming actions. Instead of statehood restoration tried to promote collaborators on creation of elements of a cultural autonomy: the Medzhlis, «Maarifchi», «Initsiuma» and of some other steered public organizations which do not have the state status.

Such state of affairs very much even suited Mustafa Dzhemilev who has become by the chairman of Medzhlis. Before M.Dzhemilev urged youth not to listen to veterans of national movement, naming their struggle only consequently unpromising. But M.Dzhemilev in one demonstration, didn’t participate.

As it is known, the tsarism motto were: «Crimea — without the Crimean Tatars!», «Blassed that hour when in Crimea there will be no Tatar!». In this aspect as a result of ethnic cleaning of the new won territory from the mullions-strong population of the Crimean khanate to the XX-th century beginning has remained only (and only in Crimea) hardly more than 100 thousand persons. The Soviet empire has completely put into practice these appeals, violently having sent in May 1944 all people, almost which half was lost in deportation places. The Crimean Tatar people haven’t reconciled with the fate and, leaning against the unique system — initiative groups — have begun unprecedented struggle against the most powerful totalitarian force for restoration of the rights. And after semicentenial residing on foreign land during the period of Gorbachev’s reformation some part of the people has returned to Crimea.

Every year on the eve of day of Memory and Grief on died in exile on May, 18th there is a splash anti Crimean Tatar publications in mass-media,and even direct threats. Law enforcement bodies «do not notice» xenophobia revelry, at the same time, under the term «enmity language» try to limit publicity, trying to enter censorship in the Crimean Tatar mass-media, for example, on critiques in the newspaper «Voice of Crimea».

In unison with the imperial motto, according to all available information, at the initiative of M.Dzhemilev and private support of power bodies of the state, internal and external reactions the Fifth Column has begun frenzied attack on tormented, centuries destroyed distressful the Crimean Tatar people, on its originality, self-identity, on its language.

In this aspect special importunity the edition of the newspaper «Crimea» which have developed on the pages «discussion» about the self-name of the nation differs. On a crossing of horses don’t change. Anyway, when our people became before national accident, to bring up a question on renaming of the people neither tactically, nor strategically aren’t justified. To this question it is possible to return after legally positive decision of our question, having created special research institute. People renaming — to refuse the name «the Crimean Tatars», ostensibly complicating restoration of the trampled rights, in practice conducts to dissociation, opposition of dialects, as a result, to dissociation and movement slackening.Assumed before war as a basis the literary language has appeared removed on a background. The idea of renaming of the people has come to the end for today not with creation, and collapse of its unity.

Other methods of struggle with the Crimean Tatar people, for example — economic differentiation, inevitable were used also at a capitalist public formation.

M.Dzhemilev, having forced out active participants and veterans of national movement from Medzhlis, has transformed it into club for businessmen and the officials never participating in movement. They there solve the business problems. Tell, what strong-willed decisions for the public good can accept, for example, Enver Abduraimov, Seitumer Berberov, Sadyh Tabah?. They care, first of all, of the affairs and personal benefit.

Other example — the high-ranking official Bekir Dudakov delegated on this post by Medzhlis, by means of two improvised (assistants) scoffed over come to it on reception by the Crimean Tatars, at the same time without having forgotten to punch two to daughters separate apartments. For these businessmen and officials, including from Repcomnats, come back to Crimea thanks to desperate struggle of initiators, the broadest possibilities for a personal profit have opened, it is allowed to kick with the authorities the people and has especially become enraged those initiators. It is style of work corrupted Medzhlis members and their improvised.

Mass-media already informed on financial evil deeds of the officials directed to power structures by a management of Medzhlis, plundering of the budgetary funds allocated with a management of Ukraine under the Program of arrangement of the Crimean Tatar people. The part which has escaped after plunder of budgetary funds (less than 2/3 parts) was distributed to separate persons mainly loyal both supporting Medzhlis and the organizations. And thieft under Medzhlis control the means allocated under Turkish Program TIKA are subject to almost same politicization. But there are also distinctions. Here hasn’t done without casuistry: demand to subscribe under record that money is allocated on credit. Thus say that return of a debt won’t demand. For what such record is necessary? The answer is simple: to make the Crimean Tatars dependent on Medzhlis. It is one of resources which use for Medzhlis legitimization.

For refill of the treasury and pockets Medzhlis members use also other immoral, criminal methods. For example, coming back to the Native land, with hostility met by the Crimean colonial power, have been compelled to go for a self-system, to picket office buildings, to block transport arteries, for years to live in tents. A part of the grounds won with such difficulties for housing construction, Medzhlis memebers remorselessly can sell to other coming back Crimean Tatars.

Without having wide national support in Crimea, M.Dzhemilev tries to subordinate to himself the Crimean Tatars dissipated worldwide and creates fruitless «the World Congress of the Crimean Tatars». But many associations of diasporas of the Crimean Tatars reject dictatorship of the usurper.

Especially artful, with the far-reaching consequences, depriving the Crimean Tatar people and in the long term to have possibility to survive and become the owner of land of the ancestors, is driven with giving Medzhlis «theorists» in consciousness not only our people, and not only all population of Crimea, Ukraine, but also foreign countries, scientifically unreasonable and not able to have any basis the thesis that Karaites and Krymchaks are the radical people of Crimea. Absurdity of this purely forcible statement is convincingly enough well-founded in article «by Katerlez, Kapshor, Ak-Mechit, Chufut-Kale» («Crimea», №21 for July, 30th, 2003). However, on this article the immediate hail from Medzhlis has followed: R.Chubarov blames the editor-in-chief of the newspaper «Cimea» B.Mamutova: «This article doesn’t correspond to a policy of Medzhlis». Clearly, what policy is conducted by Medzhlis management.

Crimea — national territory of the Crimean Tatar people. The Crimean Tatars — title, the nation in Crimea, the unique radical people of Crimea. Except it in Crimea isn’t present not only radical, but also in general the people, there are only diasporas of other people. And nobody has the rights to sell to foreigners the land of ancestors of the Crimean Tatars, to sell the Native land.

About 10 years ago, precisely I do not remember, has what is the time passed since then, the Chairman of Medzhlis who is quoted in certain circles as true «legal expert» and «democrat», convokes editors of the Crimean Tatar mass-media and in the spirit of the times totalitarianism arranges with it the big washing: in the editions entrusted to it print objectionable to article Medzhlis. Editors it is guilty are silent. One only the editor-in-chief of the newspaper «Crimea» B.Mamutov has dared to object: the newspaper can’t print only unilateral articles, she is obliged to print different views and opinions on events. A tape recording of this dressing down I have heard in the house nowadays to dead Reshat Dzhemilev.

At first sight it seems that Medzhlis on a competitive basis, organizing study of our youth in prestigious Turkish high schools, does useful work. Actually, there is an impoverishment and people genofund: the most capable and perspective part of youth after the study termination remains abroad, units come back and those can’t be arranged for corresponding work.

In the broadcasts from Turkey correspondent Zafer Karataj through each offer, choking with the words, with desire says: «Mustafa Dzhemil Crimea-oglu». Young M.Dzhemilev in 1964 has presented with this nickname me. I didn’t react to it. Then, probably, he has decided this prestigious nickname to appropriate. And the ardent, irreconcilable opponent of the Crimean Tatar people, in the articles, frankly kindling Crimean Tatar (interdialect) difference, Server Refatov has erected this lexeme to the most ancient icon of Crimea — to Cimmerians (it is necessary!).

The megalomania accompanied M.Dzhemilev from early age and accompanies nowadays. For example, even in Soviet period he at tried to have the bodyguard. Some indulged his whims. It is asked that costed to KGB at desire to finish with ten bodyguards, and criminals, as it is known, don’t attempt upon the beggar — from it there is nothing to take. Mustafulya (M.Dzhemilev’s nickname) has grown rich later, basically, on sufferings, tears and blood of the Crimean Tatars.

Even the superficial analysis of ability to live of M.Dzhemileva shows that his behavioural stereotype is defined by the formula «From a dirt — in richman», the Crimean Tatar : «Balaktaky of bats bashka chikti».

On a post of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine (not without the aid of a management of Turkey) and the chairman of Medzhlis it is possible to consider as practical result of activity of M.Dzhemilev: instead of politically correct and active the Crimean Tatar people there is apathetic not only to occurring events, but also to destiny of the descendants, a disorganized and disoriented weight of people for a precipice. The strategic political line — the requirement to restore the national statehood which is unique possibility to survive to the people in modern difficult conditions, is translated on rails of the cultural-national autonomy conducting to assimilation, degradation and finally, to  destruction of the Crimean Tatar people, to  destruction as ethnic unit.

But the whole group of «crusaders» is created, there is also «hero». A collision — even the Mufti of Crimea isn’ted by the Cross. Dead Junus Kandymov in the probes wrote about muftis of Crimea, for treachery of interests of the people awarded by the imperial government awards and medals.

Members of Medzhlis on criticism in the address appeal on the selectivity, that is legitimacy. In this respect our people have a wide experience, know, were how much democratic also that there are modern elections. In practice the most part of delegates of Kurultaja is appointed from above, on loyalty degree to Medzhlis and personally to M.Dzhemilev.

Being long time the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, M.Dzhemilev officially didn’t bring an attention to the question on rehabilitation of our people and restoration of its statehood. Instead he has submitted SR Ukraine the bill «About rehabilitation of persons (persons, instead of the people?!), subjected to repression to a national sign». The Crimean Tatar people after its eviction have been struck off the list the people of the USSR. In acts of modern Ukraine also there is no concept «the Crimean Tatar people». Our people out of the law. Against the stated facts the conclusion about disinterest of Mustafa Dzhemilev in the decision of our ethnic question arises.

Especially obviously it was showed during a mass pedestrian campaign of our people lasting many days from all ends of Crimea to Simferopol on the occasion of the 55 anniversary of day of Memory and Grief on May, 18th in 1999, actually come to the end with anything. Many already then have doubted M.Dzhemilev’s ability to supervise over people struggle for restoration of the rights. Confirms it and acquaintance on official web site SR of Ukraine with legislative activity of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine M.Dzhemilev from November, 23rd, 2007 till October, 1st, 2008 when his four statements from a place in the sum have occupied less than half-minute.

In our history there were facts when military leaders for a certain bribe betrayed national interests. Before our eyes there was actually a treachery, equal to which wasn’t.

Proceeding from the facts set forth above, I declare: a puppet of the internal and external reactionary forces which till now aren’t leaving of attempts definitively to destroy the Crimean Tatar people, could put forward the candidate on the Nobel Prize of the world or the same swindlers, as well as Mustafa Dzhemilev, or near, deeply mistaking figures from a science and a policy.
