The Simferopol invalids are disturbed by that the decision of the city authorities on allocation about 40 hectares of the earth in microdistrict Lugovoe-2 for repatriates will give up as a bad job project realization «Social village».

As the chairman of the Simferopol city public organization of the All Ukraine organization of invalids «Union of the organization of invalids of Ukraine» Ivan Plohotnichenko has informed, the project of settlement has been some years ago developed for invalids «Social village», providing building on 42 hectares of the earth in microdistrict Lugovoe-2 of many-storeyed houses, schools, a kindergarten and church. However because of self-capture in 2005 realization of the given project has been suspended.

«The Earth to us has been allocated, but we didn’t execute it in connection with capture in the end of 2005 and have suspended all design and exploration work, but we have all decisions of session, we have spent many means own. We repeatedly addressed both in Office of Public Prosecutor, and in all bodies, — Ivan Plohotnichenko has explained. — here nobody against deported — take on individual share and be under construction, here to 300 thousand square meters of habitation should be constructed, they are townsmen of Simferopol in independence of a floor and a nationality, invalids all of them of nationalities. In Crimea physical inability is a problem».

As he said, the problem with allocation of habitation for invalids in Crimea is sharp. «At us for January, 1st over 122 thousand invalids, and a habitation problem very sharp, stand on the room account since 1983-84, she for years didn’t dare. Here have tried to solve this question, but see, we are not allowed to work. Last convocation of the City Council in every possible way blocked acceptance of corresponding decisions and now new structure of city council begins the work, without having understood with this question. Though I have dispatched in advance letters to the assistant to a mayor and the vice-president of Ministerial council of Crimea Psarev and have addressed to the representative of the president on this question, but all the same the question has been accepted», — Ivan Plohotnichenko noticed.

He also has informed that the organization has achieved inclusion of the given project in the program of development of building branch till 2017 and now asks the head of the state to take under the patronage its realization. «We have achieved inclusion of the given project in the Autonomous republic Crimea program» Habitation to invalids «, here now it was included into the program of development of building branch till 2017 and the given object has entered, we have a reference and in Presidential Administration, we ask to take realization of the given program under the patronage. We will achieve, defend the rights when we will receive already official decision from the power», — the head of the Simferopol city public organization of invalids summarized.

At the same time the head of parliament of an autonomy Vladimir Konstantinov has assured that the autonomy management will be engaged in the decision of the given problem. «We will work, I don’t know all decisions which they accepted yesterday, I know only on a mosque. We will deal with this problem, we won’t give you in insult», — he told.

Let’s remind, on February, 15th the Simferopol city council has allocated under an individual housing estate a ground file in microdistrict Lugovoe-2 for the purpose of granting of allotments to the deported and other citizens using the earth without documents.

Addressing to sessions, the chairman of the council of ministers of Crimea Vasily Dzharty has explained that on the given ground file sites for building of habitation by that who is on self-captures will be given and needs habitation.
